Everything is spotless, staff are exceptionally hardworking & made sure everyone had a great holiday experience. Food/drink is excellent.The hotel is beautiful, on a gorgeous beachfront location.in Cancun hotel zone. Large bedrooms/bathroom & balcony. Beds are very comfy, great nights sleep. Great power showers.
The bedrooms could do with a little updating but still very nice.

The Front desk staff was awesome.... If I had a question, they would help me and go out of their way to answer it... The people at the front desk always had a smile on their face and were extremely friendly... I liked them...
I was asked to take a tour everyday and I did not want to waste my time with it.... I live in a metropolitan city and everyday get asked for something and I know they were going to hit me with something at the end. Not sure because I did not take the tour, but nothing is free in life..
