Great location overall, great management and nice food in the buffet. Second time staying here and will come back in the future.
At night, the cleaning crew was insensitive or oblivious to the fact that guests are sleeping. Next door there was a set of cleaning ladies chatting it up, clanging buckets. This kept waking me.

Everything is spotless, staff are exceptionally hardworking & made sure everyone had a great holiday experience. Food/drink is excellent.The hotel is beautiful, on a gorgeous beachfront location.in Cancun hotel zone. Large bedrooms/bathroom & balcony. Beds are very comfy, great nights sleep. Great power showers.
The bedrooms could do with a little updating but still very nice.
