    Had a decent experience for the weekend. Great location thats got the best location. A few minor flaws are at this property that can be overlooked. If there are deals available and i needed a beach front non all inclusive property i would consider to rebook.

    Me and my family stayed at Ocean Dream during the last week of June. We got placed in a room with numerous issues: (1) the toilet did not flush, (2) the tv did not work, (3) the bedside plugs were coming off the wall and did not work and (3) the bedside desk was nearly falling off the wall. We called everyday to ask them to fix the toilet issue and someone came and apparently ‘fixed’ it but nothing ever got fixed. We were there for 6 days without a working toilet and staff who seemed unbothered to fix it. The hotel is more concerned about getting money from guests than about providing good customer service. This was shown when we asked the reception if we could possibly have hot water, in which they made us pay 70 pesos for hot water from the tap. They invented this magical number as this item was apparently ‘on the menu’ so needed to be charged. Furthermore, when sitting on the beach on their loungers, I was kicked off the lounger by staff saying “time up” and taking the lounger out from beneath me in a very rude manner. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The elevator was broken the entire time we were there and 10+ floors shared one elevator. The pool was dirty and needed cleaning more frequently. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT STAY HERE
