Si, solo que había remodelación en varias zonas :( pero en general estaba bien La habitación increíble solo un día no tuvimos agua :( entiendo que hay problemas que ocurren inesperados La comida muuuuy rica!! Me sorprendieron mucho! Las bebidas perfectas también 🙌🏻

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The facilities were fantastic, beautifully maintained, relaxing, and perfect for switching off completely. We liked that there was an adults-only pool area, which created such a peaceful atmosphere. Although we spent most of our time at the beach because it was just too beautiful not to! Our room was lovely, spacious, spotless, and the sea view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that view every morning was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The food at the Veranda buffet restaurant was amazing, every meal was delicious with so much choice and great quality throughout our stay (the lunch and dinner desserts were especially yummy!) What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. The level of service was exceptional and made us feel so comfortable and well looked after from the moment we arrived. We also went to Coco Bongo during our stay and it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience! It’s only about a 3 minute drive from the hotel and is definitely worth going to while you’re there (we highly recommend getting tickets with a table). We had such a relaxing and memorable stay and would happily return again. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, just keep in mind that only one building at the resort is adults-only, while the rest of the resort is family-friendly, so there will be children around.

The property is at a great location and has a beautiful private beach along with amazing rooms

The food quality is terrible, even at the ala carte restaurants we found hair in our food. The food at the buffet smelled old and they kept closing restaurants between meals so if you are not waiting up early, there’s only nachos at the bar available to eat. We got the VIP royal select package but our butler Alex was just not the best, wasn’t helpful and didn’t give us information of anything at the hotel so we didn’t know we could have breakfast and lunch at the Le Grande lounge which is only for the VIP guests… We felt disappointed that every time we asked for reservations or anything, the answer was always “sorry not available anymore”, “they just closed”, or “you just missed it”. And it’s sucked because we paid a lot to be there, yet we never were given the schedules on time.
