We loved everything. It was so nice. The hotel staff the accommodations everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved this resort. It was beautiful, extremely clean at all times. Staff was amazing. We are very picky people and we were blown away by how nice it was. Pool staff were amazing. Coffee shop with the custom latte logos were so good. Butlers were amazing. Room cleaners were amazing. We loved everything about this place.

My only complaint would be the Blanc (steakhouse) restaurant. The staff for breakfast, lunch and dinner were extremely slow and not very attentive. Someone did say they were understaffed which would make sense. But the restaurant was never super crowded so not sure. Everything else at this resort was a 10/10.

Room and some of the resort was nice but a bit dated. Found hair in spa bath in room.. Breakfast was incredible with so many options. Dinners were also excellent! Spa was very nice. The robes, linens etc were top notch. The size of the resort was nice, a bit smaller than some of the mega hotels in Cancun.

The sales pitch they pressure you to attend is beyond annoying...they lure you into sitting through a buy-in program as a "member" by offering you free credit to use in exchange for sitting through it to use at the spa or whatever. We went to the program and I personally was appalled at the high pressure sales. Every time we declined, the price was lowered and multiple "higher ups" come and try to convince you by offering an even better "deal". They force you to bring your actual physical credit card to the presentation and show it to them before they would even start the high pressure sales pitch. If they have your actual physical card, that they forced me to have, before starting the presentation, it is purely my understanding/opinion that were you to sign up and to have "buyers remorse" later...the charge is much more difficult to dispute. In addition, you have to make the decision to buy in.... AT THAT MOMENT...if you leave...your offer is over. That being said we were chased out by a sales person that then said you could have time to "think about it." When we asked if we could take the information, they would not let you take anything that was written by them or even take a picture of it....most likely, after talking to other patrons later, because EVERYONE got different offers and "deals". No one on this earth, in my opinion, should make a long term monetary commitment involving large dollar down payment amounts AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS without having ALL the information and time to review it, including the contract. It forces one to act impulsively and possibly regret the decision. We did acquire the hotel credit for sitting through the high pressure sales pitch which we used in the spa. However, they were not done yet...we were again approached when departing the property to purchase credit at a discount for our next visit.
