Hyatt Ziva Cancun All-Inclusive

Amazing options of food throughout the property. The location is phenomenal but we never left the property itself since there is so much to do. Staff is great and always courteous. The beach on the dolphin side of the property was incredible. Lorenzo pizza incredible! Tradewinds breakfast amazing! Cabanas by the beach awesome.

Could have more servers in pool area. Beach area could have more shaded cabanas/ stretchers

Staff is very attentive and awesome hospitality.

The resort is awesome, nothing negative about it.

Location was good. The people throughout Cancún were exceptional.

The property restrictions to the pools was poor (no pool access in the evening). 2 jacuzzi/hot tubs were never hot only warm (possibly to accommodate children and those drinking heavily). Access was limited to 9pm. Stand up paddleboards were not available due to damage. Extra charge was requested for double kayaks. Ocean swimming and usage was limited to a small area. No ocean access in the evening. Food was fine, but best at buffets (with wonderful attentive staff) Extra, unidentified charges were required (not covered by booking.com). We had booked 2 rooms for family of 5 but they did not provide adjoining rooms (required significant additional charge). The 2 rooms provided were in separate buildings. The Hyatt Ziva exercise program had exceptional trainers (Eduardo and Carlos) but limited availability. The most entertaining part of Cancún are away from the property (Isla Muheres, Cenotes, Jungle Adventures, Mayan Sites). The exceptional warm, friendly, helpful, considerate people of Cancún Mexico are an absolute blessing.
