The staff was very courteous and always available to help as quickly as they could. The food was amazing! The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!

Stay at Altitude – Krystal Grand Cancun (5 nights)
Great stay overall with a few areas to improve. The resort offers 4 restaurants (Asian/hibachi, Italian, grill, and French). No limits on dining, except the French restaurant (adults only). Make reservations on Day 1.
We booked through Hotels.com and got 2 beachside cabanas—nice perk. Special thanks to Mariana at the front desk for helping us secure a cabana on Day 2.
Café was excellent (coffee, desserts, ice cream). Pool and beach service was attentive and consistent.
Cons: Bathrooms had a noticeable sewer smell in both rooms. Infinity pool is adults-only. Civecheria needs more staff—only one waiter handling everything. Activities were inconsistent (e.g., beach volleyball scheduled daily but only happened once).
Overall: Good experience with great dining and service, but maintenance and staffing improvements are needed.
