Absolute great location

Appartamento n. 9 (sarebbe opportuno specificarlo)! La posizione a Covent Garden è fantastica. Due bagni. Ascensore. Appartamento spazioso e moderno. Appartamento pulito.

Mancanza di alcuni oggetti/prodotti per cucina, casa e bagno. Ad esempio fornitura di carta igienica assolutamente insufficiente. Assenza di rotolo carta cucina e tovaglie, tovaglioli, set per colazione, saponi. Abbiamo dovuto acquistare a nostre spese ciò che mancava e non è una cosa ammissibile per il prezzo sostenuto (1398 euro complessivi per 4 notti, 5 persone). Set piatti e bicchieri solo per 4 persone. Mancanza di tende più spesse nelle 3 camere. Moquette della zona dell'ingresso ascensore con sgradevole e nauseante odore. Tedioso il criterio del primo accesso all'appartamento con ritiro della chiave da uno dei due box ubicati accanto la porta. Migliore cura della biancheria posta sotto il divano letto: ho trovato un lenzuolo piegato in molto grossolano tanto da non capire se fosse stato già utilizzato (non ho potuto utilizzarlo).

Location was fantastic. The apartment was spacious

Shower door was difficult to close, no tea towels, no hand soap, key fob didn’t work for front door, only one key for a two bedroom apartment was inconvenient

Location was excellent. Facilities were adequate without being great. Needs curtains as the ones that were up did not keep out the light at all. Communication with representative was quite frustrating as they would not answer the phone and would only communicate by text after I got assertive. Also could not gain access to the property until nearly 4.00 pm
