The location was perfect. Layout and size of rooms worked well for our group. Large windows in the common area let in a lot of natural light and air. Great responsiveness from hosts.
The unit was not available at check-in because it was still being cleaned. Thankfully, a representative was on-site and responded quickly. Bathroom fixtures (drains and handles) were difficult to use.

Great location. The apartment was spacious and had every facility we could want. The communication with the apartment management was also fantastic.
There was no air conditioner. But I have found that that is not unusual in London.
