Good location, the kitchen was well equipped.
The window was broken, the wifi was out of service for one day, the sofa in the living room was used too many times and not comfortable, there was a very bad smell from the shower. The service team fixed most of the problems and were kind.

Spacious apt in good shape in excellent convenient Soho location. Staff was attentive to my needs when I couldn’t manage to operate one of the blinds, get hot water in the shower, and figure out how to use the heating thermostat.
No elevator for one floor up apt but that can be normal in Europe.

The location was handy, but it was so noisy outside but this is soho.
If you expect an early check in then it is most likely won’t happen, the bedsheets were not as clean as it should be and the towels were kinda bit smelly so I advise bringing your own. It is hard to sleep as it gets busy night times.
