Kula London - Covent Garden Opera House

It is in an ideal location close to so many things.

It is a bit dated needs freshening up. There was not enough dishes or glasses. Plants we not very good. Carpet on stairs was filthy.

Very comfortable, spacious 2 br apartment in a great location, close to all POI’s and public transport. No a/c, but fans provided. Property management very responsive to our notification of a maintenance issue - was fixed within a couple of hours. Note to guests, apt is first floor walk up, no lift, steep stairs (aporox30).We were fine with the stairs, not unexpected, but do keep this in mind when booking if you have large/heavy suitcases.

1.Entry is via front door located between two restaurants whose staff take cig breaks at apt front door leaving cig butts and other rubbish on door step, also both restaurants’ dumpster bins are also left outside the apt front door, not pleasant. 2. Noises from upstairs apt woke us up numerous times. Suggest investing in sound proofing between floors.

The location was fantastic and the space was great. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

The stairs to the flat are steep and narrow. It was difficult getting the luggage up and down. The bed was on rollers and moved. It was lumpy and uncomfortable. Also it is noisy. Bring earplugs to help you sleep.

- Excellent location; 1 min to royal opera house, 2-3 mins to Covent Garden tube and main square - Nice view from lounge window - Very communicative via email/checking in and actioned quickly re cot/sofa bed situation - Spacious bedroom - Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, good sized fridge

- We were in Flat 3 so millions of stairs to it, be mindful if you have lots of bags, children/prams, anyone with a disability etc! - Didn’t set up the requested cot or sofa bed, came to do it promptly after ringing but then forgot to bring pillows for sofa bed - Very cramped bathroom - Much better for 2 people not 4 - Mould on ceiling in kitchen and living room - Ironing board was under the bed, which we only discovered on checking out and assumed there was an iron but no board! Not easily visible - Only 2 forks in kitchen, 1 bowl etc when it is supposed to serve up to 4 guests
