- Excellent location; 1 min to royal opera house, 2-3 mins to Covent Garden tube and main square - Nice view from lounge window - Very communicative via email/checking in and actioned quickly re cot/sofa bed situation - Spacious bedroom - Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, good sized fridge
- We were in Flat 3 so millions of stairs to it, be mindful if you have lots of bags, children/prams, anyone with a disability etc! - Didn’t set up the requested cot or sofa bed, came to do it promptly after ringing but then forgot to bring pillows for sofa bed - Very cramped bathroom - Much better for 2 people not 4 - Mould on ceiling in kitchen and living room - Ironing board was under the bed, which we only discovered on checking out and assumed there was an iron but no board! Not easily visible - Only 2 forks in kitchen, 1 bowl etc when it is supposed to serve up to 4 guests
