The property was in a good location close to all attractions and the subway or bus statiosn
No lift so lots of stairs which is common for older properties and some instructions for the washing machine combo dryer would be a great assistance. Consider asking for a lower level unit. No aircon so avoid the heat however fans are provided but not great in the heat. Getting in isnt easy to work out so better instructions needed and you really need a phone with good service to operate the app for the entry to the building and your apartment doors.

The location was fantastic. It was near Leicester Square, so yes it was a little noisy at night but we picked this area for the atmosphere so didn’t mind at all. We were there during the World Cup final so it was especially busy. The apartment is clean and spacious.
No power point in the bathroom was a little annoying and it really needs a new, solid ironing board - that thing is dangerous. No aircon and lots of steps to the top floor, which was exhausting after a day of walking, but we knew about these things before and liked being on the top floor.

Great location
Gets extremely hot, poor circulation and 2 very old fans. No AC. Not enough power sockets accessible in lounge. Restaurant below the flat. Also can be loud in the late evening. Check in instructions not clear with late email re Yale Lock and then a Customer Service number that rang out and call not returned.
