This apartment is perfect! Modern, clean and has everything you need. The location is amazing.

Everything about our stay was faultless! From the clear, timely communication and messages from the host, to the apartment itself, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Superb location, top notch facilities and an excellent host. The apartment was very clean and everything was in great condition. Very comfortable beds and we were honestly amazed at how quiet it was, given the location. The bedroom is on the side facing away from the street and square so was quieter than my bedroom at home! :) Check in and out was super easy, with very clear instructions. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we will definitely be booking again!

Everything - the apartment was great and the location couldn’t be better

There were several flights of stairs (no lift) - but that’s fairly standard for heritage buildings in central London

- Location - right in Leicester Square, fabulous location - Size of flat/apartment - spacious living/kitchen area. However an inflatable mattress (pretty weird) is the only seating/lounging piece of furniture in the living area, apart from dining chairs. No sofa or lounge chairs. Not exactly comfortable or inviting. - Kitchen well supplied with cooking utensils, saucepans, appliances etc. - Washing/drying machine in bathroom came in handy although a user guide would have been helpful. - Minimal noise from Leicester Square below even with windows open.

- Access is by several flights of steep, narrow stairs to the FOURTH floor. Noting this in the advertising description would have been helpful, or at least at the time of booking, the host could have reached out to us to let us know. It would have made us rethink our choice to stay here. We’re on holiday, not a hike. Not suitable for less mobile guests. - Inflatable mattress instead of sofa or lounge chairs - very weird and not particularly comfortable. - Small double bed. For such a spacious flat, the bedroom itself is small and cramped. No bedside power point meant having to move the bedside table to next to the door in order to use the lamp. - Pillows needed replacing. One had the stuffing coming out of it. - Two very small fans were the only relief from the albeit unusually hot weather. Being on the top floor added to the heat. - Lock at ground entrance was broken when we arrived meaning anyone could enter the building. It was replaced on our second day but stopped working within hours again meaning anyone could enter the building. - For some reason a green ceiling light kept flashing during the final night of our stay. It was too hot to close the bedroom door so kept us awake for hours. - Coded electronic lock on front door of apartment not the easiest to get the hang of. - Communal bin room on lower floor was pretty rank and made the stairwell fairly smelly.
