The property accommodates up to four guests across two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms are prepared with fresh hotel-style bed linen, comfortable pillows and towels.
There is one modern bathroom, finished to a high standard and equipped with a spacious walk-in shower.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and longer stays, with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cookware, crockery, glassware and dining essentials.

• Is there parking? There is no private parking included with the property. Guests should check local parking restrictions and nearby public car parks before travelling by car.
• The apartment is arranged across two internal levels, so guests will need to use stairs inside the property.
• Standard check-in begins at 3:00 pm and takes place in person. Please provide your expected arrival time and at least one hour’s notice before reaching the apartment.
• Arrivals after 10:00 pm are subject to a £50 late check-in charge.
The apartment is located in the heart of Soho and the West End. This is one of London’s liveliest and most central neighbourhoods, so some typical city noise may occasionally be heard, particularly during evenings and weekends.
Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted. Only guests included in the reservation may enter or stay overnight at the property.
For groceries and everyday essentials, guests can conveniently order directly to the property through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and other London delivery services.
As this is a private London home rather than a hotel, we encourage guests to contact us promptly if anything requires attention during their stay. Our team will always do its best to assist as quickly as possible.

• Standard check-in: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Late check-in after 10:00 pm available upon request (£50 fee).
• No self check-in. In-person check-in only. Guests may be asked to present a valid ID.
• Only registered guests are allowed. No visitors or additional guests without prior approval.
• Strictly no smoking, no parties, and no events. Please respect quiet hours (10:00 pm – 8:00 am).
• Complimentary supplies (toilet paper, toiletries, coffee, etc.) are provided for initial use only. Guests are responsible for additional supplies during longer stays.
• Please treat the property with care and report any damages promptly. Additional cleaning or damage may incur charges.
• No unattended luggage drop-off unless pre-arranged.
• We reserve the right to access the property for urgent maintenance if required.
• Furniture and decor may vary slightly from listing photos. Photos are provided for illustration purposes
• Please switch off lights, heating, and appliances when not in use.
• Lost keys, smoking, or rule violations may result in additional charges.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
As this is a central location, daytime noise from the surrounding area (including occasional construction or street works) may occur.
