Excellent location, 5 min walk from everything- tube, theaters, seven dial market, shops. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and great shower. We didn’t cook, but if we wanted to, the kitchen was fully equipped
We stayed during a heat wave and the air conditioning didn’t work Luckily they provided fans Also, lots of stairs (we were on the third floor)

The location was fantastic! The apartment was spacious, much larger than typical hotel rooms in other places. It had a nice kitchen and included complimentary amenities like two water bottles, two coffee capsules, and tea. (It might be even better if they provided a couple of coffee capsules per night.) Overall, great value for money.
Our apartment was on the fourth floor and there’s no lift. It wasn’t too bad for us, but it could be an issue for anyone with mobility difficulties. You’re also required to leave a £200 deposit on a credit card, which wasn’t mentioned on the booking. If you book a non-refundable rate, you won’t be able to avoid it. Also, there is no refill of toilet paper for stays shorter than 9 nights.

The staff I met were really pleasant
It felt in need of a refurb / investment. Walls marked and scuffed, stained sofa and narrow stairs to carry suitcases up (I was top floor) It probably was clean but due to the general decoration quality it just felt shabby. Also super hot (appreciate a heat wave). Noisy but central location
