Frankie’s team were super helpful, from speedy booking confirmation, very detailed location & checking in procedures, to making sure we had everything we needed after we checked in. It was very well equipped and we appreciated the extra touches like tea&coffee/biscuits and water in the fridge. Fans also provided.
It was a bit noisy outside but that was to be expected because of its location close to west end theatres, restaurants & bars. Tube station nearby too.

It is located within easy walking distance of numerous tube stops and much of Central London
There is NObIn room storage capacity for anyone staying in the small second bedroom. Even shelving would be helpful. As mentioned in other reviews, this corner is wildly congested every night of the week and I can’t imagine many people being able to actually sleep through the noise if staying in the living room. Also as mentioned, the bedrooms are fairly and surprisingly quiet.
