The location was perfect! The property was easy to find because the directions were very detailed. The shower had great water pressure and the apartment was as advertised.
There was an additional deposit required that was not on the ad for the property; based on its location, I can understand why it’s required but should be included in the ad. The apartment was very warm. It’s hard to get airflow through the flat and the ground floor bedroom was too warm for a comfortable sleep.

Photographs are true to form. The layout added to the experience, quirky fully functional and spacious. The location was unmatched!
It was very hot, there were fans but I think blinds on the roof windows would help comfort levels.

Spacious warm and 10/10 location. Right in the heart of Covent garden and in between 2 tube stations. Can’t fault this location. Highly recommended. I usually have trouble with beds. Slept very well.
The check in process was clunky. It is difficult to locate. They should have told us that it was next to TK Max and maybe we would’ve been able to find it better. They told us the storage room PIN but not the PIN to get in the building. After a long haul flight it was just something that we didn’t need to navigate.
