Apt 2, Trafalgar Square 2nd Floor by Indigo Flats

Loads of space. I liked having a code to enter and not using an app (I worry about my phone being flat). It has a washing machine, is clean and the location right in the West End! My favourite area to stay if I can. It can be expensive but I found this place reasonable with great reviews (other places with reasonable prices often have average reviews) so I booked it and glad I did! I’m not sure if the sofa lounge would be great for two adults but was fine for my teenage son.

There were fans for the beds, which were just sufficient, but it wasn’t a heat wave when we were there. Perhaps if it was hotter it might be difficult to sleep. Keep the curtains closed during the day if so.

Location superb and easy to get into. Apartment space more than met our needs.

Two minorish problems. First, the overcabinet light in kitchen did not work. Second, a butter knife would have worked about as well as kitchen cutting knives for slicing bread and fruit, almost comically dull (they really need some simple sharpening).

Brilliant location. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean.

There was no housekeeping, I could handle that, but there were no cleaning products, disinfectants, mop, broom! There was a bath towel and a face towel for a person for eight days! Four rolls of toilet paper?! The feeling was that the apartment owners tried to save excessively.
