Location was excellent. In general the house was good, clean and welcoming. The heating was not as it said in the house book and was chilly especially on the Friday. The beds on the 1st floor were great but the ones on the 2nd floor were a bit soft.

Very modern interior in a great location with plenty of parking spaces right outside the door and walk-in distance to the town center. Clean and comfortable.
If I want to be picky I would say that it wasn't that easy to open the windows to get some air in and some of the furniture were a bit wonky but overall great value for money and very enjoyable stay.

Accommodation was very clean and in a great location to access the centre of York. Rooms were very spacious and the kitchen had everything required.
One member of our party left something at the accommodation and they were quick to arrange for it to be returned - thankyou.
Only one parking permit was available - we had 2 cars so had to park one in the car park at the end of the road (£45 for 2 nights).

The location is excellent. The house has great potential.
House needs a refurb. One sofa & chair were ok, the other sofa had two broken legs, was uncomfortable & was very tired looking. There was very little in the kitchen for cooking a meal if you want to eat in. The few pots that were there are all badly damaged. No good knives, no bread knife or serrated knife. The integrated fridge door came off making it very difficult to open. The coffee machine that was listed as being there was nowhere to be found. The window blinds were broken & unless you were fairly tall are difficult to open & close. The pillows are awful. Stairs are difficult the one up to the attic floor are extremely difficult, even for a fit person with tiny feet. They did offer to send someone to try & do something about the blinds & do some cleaning but we didn't want the hassle for the four days we were there.
