Didn’t try it. No keys in lock box and couldn’t get in.

Keys not in lock box. No one answered mobile or knocking. Had to wait outside all night in a strange city. No refund given. They say I didn’t reply to a message saying what time I arrived, but I had no mobile signal and didn’t see it. TERRIBLE service. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Comfortable, just need finishing, close to town.

Location was perfect, a tad noisy (hot summer, window open) but for the city and quay it was perfect. Plenty of eateries locally, I possibly would not recommend the cafe on the corner opposite the “Poundland” shop, it was “sticky”. Everest Masala, Indian was a real treat.

Cooking facilities in the flat were minimal, a toaster in the kitchen would help. There is a note to say they are in the middle of redecorating, that is unfortunate as the bottom of the kitchen (the kick space ) was open, the grouting in the shower, hmmmm.

Does what it says on the tin. Comfy bed and nice shower. For one night, it’s great.

It’s on the main road but it’s not as noisy as some people are complaining about.

It was ok but could easily be better.

We liked that there was a mini kitchen and a decent size room. It seemed clean enough and did the job of a cheap place to stay in Exeter.

Would have been nice to have a toaster or if the microwave worked as an oven as well. Also would have been nice to have a couple pillows each rather than just one each. The floor boards are also very creaky.

A lovely, cosy studio, great price, convenient for the city and a half-hour walk to the uni.

I wondered if it would be noisy being on a busy street but once the windows were shut, it was fine. It was a lovely cosy place to stop for the night, close to shops and the quayside.

I think other reviewers have mentioned that a toaster would be helpful, but we just had pastries instead :) Not an issue for a one-night stay but if we had been staying longer, maybe.

Its a lovely clean beautifully decorated apartment in what for us is the perfect location for visiting nearby family. Lovely comfy bed.

The takeaway downstairs banging a door(?) loudly every 15/20 mins until 11.20pm. We had hoped for a very early night because of an early train next day.

Well located for the Quay..

It’s a cute little place with just what you need for an evening stay if your intention is to be out and to have somewhere to change, shower and sleep. It’s decorated nicely and the location is great for the Quay!

The access isn’t very attractive, but the price reflects that. If there had been more than one flat pillow per person, we might have slept well, but without more pillows the bed was uncomfortable for us. I’d suggest a box under the TV with some additional bedding options, as we’d likely have given full stars if we’d had a decent sleep.

It was very nice it provided to me more than I expected thank you very much

It was very spacious and clean and stylish and even had some provisions to use which I didn’t really use as I brought my own things but was a nice surprise the only thing was there was no way to use the the tv ‘stick’ and system unless like me you could find a work around so I got it working and was able to enjoy my YouTube and my Netflix

Once inside, it was fine and suited our needs for one night.

Once you were inside, it was clean and well maintained.

It is above a take away restaurant, accessed down a narrow alley and you need a code to get in the gate. Unfortunately the code we were given was incorrect so it took us a while to be able to get into the property. It’s away from all the other hotels and on a busy road.

Baño congelado y sin secador, en enero.

La habitación está calentita, pero solo la habitación donde está la cama.

A pesar de que ponía que tenía secador, no había, por lo que, en pleno enero, sin secarnos el pelo, complicada la cosa. El baño no tiene calefacción, así que en enero es un iglú. No nos pudimos duchar, imposible con semejante frío helado.
