Modern studio apartment; 10min walk to town & quay

The room was suitable for what I required, which was a place to stay for a couple of nights. I was busy with activities in the centre of Exeter and so only needed the apartment for the evenings and sleep. It was helpful to have the kitchenette to cook simple meals, and prepare breakfast using the electric hob. It was nice & helpful to find a good selection of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils along with sugar and rice and one or too condiments in the fridge. It was also helpful to have the fan as you are on a busy street, so you can have the window open but you would hear traffic noise and the general noises from those in the shops and local pub. There was good communication prior to my visit and also helpful information about the best places to park.

These are more points to be aware of rather than issues. I found it useful to park in the shipping centre when unloading my car and then you can park in the side road (Cecil Road or other nearby roads) for around 2 hours. This last till 6pm. You can then remain parking until 9am the next morning. Also free to park in these roads on Sunday. Helpful as the cost to park in Exeter centre is more costly. The walk in is only 10 minutes, but is uphill.

We had everything we needed in the apartment and it was so close to many shops.

The fan wasn't strong enough but that's personal preference.

Clean nd comfortable bed.

Location too far to walk with cases got 2 buses from Exeter St David’s . Could have been informed that train to St Thomas would be easier.Only 2 pillows. The approach along alley was really dirty all it needed was someone to clean the walls and cobwebs away. Wires hanging down could be concealed better. There was no toaster. The TV did not work and tried to follow the instructions several times. The place is above a carry out so smell food off putting. The main door was shared with the people from the carry out.

Appartamento completo di tutti i servizi. Cucina comoda e funzionale, pulito. Il centro si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 15/20 minuti a piedi quindi giustissimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Un po’ rumorosa la zona, abbiamo apprezzato la presenza dei tappi per le orecchie.
