I love the clean environment, and it's simplicity and modern look. Plus, stores were a few minutes away. I could buy what i needed to cook. They kitchen was adequate, plus my children hostel was 20 minutues away from me.
The heater needed to be more effective, too much instruction to get it working, and if a blender could be made available, that would be useful. Apart from these items, I am good.

Location. I was visiting my student child who lived 2 minutes from the property. Lots of appliances. Well maintained. Decent towels. Clean appliances surfaces and spotless bathroom.
The entrance was very shabby and steep communal stairs. Slight musty smell. Longer shower curtain needed and hand soap would be nice. Indication where to put recycling rubbish.

The location was only a 20 minute walk from exeter central station and was really close to all the shopping and food establishments.
The communication with directions and how to access the property were very clear.
The entrance hall was really dirty and the apartment generally felt a tad shabby, marks and stains to the carpet, lots of grubby marks to the doors and walls. Bed was 2 singles and was rather uncomfortable, also it was freezing, we did put the electric storage heater on but took forever to heat.
