Nicely done out with lovely kitchen and shower room. Comfortable bed and good location. Fresh sheets and clean shower room.

It did not smell very fresh. The walls and paintwork are grubby and need cleaning/refreshing. The carpet needs cleaning and there is a dirty sock covering the smoke detector on the ceiling. Although hoovered, What could be a lovely space is let down by The general level of cleanliness! Easily put right.

I love the clean environment, and it's simplicity and modern look. Plus, stores were a few minutes away. I could buy what i needed to cook. They kitchen was adequate, plus my children hostel was 20 minutues away from me.

The heater needed to be more effective, too much instruction to get it working, and if a blender could be made available, that would be useful. Apart from these items, I am good.

Location. I was visiting my student child who lived 2 minutes from the property. Lots of appliances. Well maintained. Decent towels. Clean appliances surfaces and spotless bathroom.

The entrance was very shabby and steep communal stairs. Slight musty smell. Longer shower curtain needed and hand soap would be nice. Indication where to put recycling rubbish.

Easy to find & good location for bus station & town. Clean in the important areas. Kitchen facilities were good & bed comfortable.

Entrance way very shabby but not sure this is anything to do with hosts. Could really do with a deep clean, eg grease runs on wall behind kitchen table; greasy black marks on outside of shower tray (which will come off) & thick dust in the shower room extractor. Noisy area & the current people in the rooms above kept me awake banging & crashing about. It is an old property but there is no soundproofing.
