One bed flat close to Exeter centre

This was a great place to stay. It had everything you needed, also there are local places to eat at. Would highly recommend.

The flat was lovely and had everything we needed. It was close to the city centre. The location was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. There was a parking space at the rear of the property.

There was nothing we disliked about the property.

The decor of the flat was white, simple and fresh. It was in easy access to the main part of the city by a pleasant park and it was quiet. The parking was excellent. And it was easy to warm up the space.

I didn’t know that it was situated in the basement, if I’d known I wouldn’t have chosen it. Though cleanish it wasn’t spotless, there was food left in the freezer, and this badly needed defrosting. There was a soiled tissue on the floor and the flat smelt of curry. The bedroom though pretty smelt musty and the sheets weren’t aired. The kitchen could’ve had a few more necessities like a teapot and something to clean the bathroom with would’ve been good.
