One bed flat close to Exeter centre

Beautiful little flat, really clean and tidy with everything we needed. Host was prompt and polite with comms, great location and great price

Proximity to city centre. Nice street. Nice building. Grata parking. Nice front space despite being the ‘basement’. Everything we needed and more.

Concrete steps are never fun - could they be jazzed up somehow? A shame had to carry everything round - perhaps suggest drop stuff at front then go round to park. Could do with night lights. Loo a long way from bedroom and since Left lounge door pulled too, managed to walk into it when went for a nighttime pee - head still hurts!

Really nice property, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. In a pleasant part of Exeter and not far from the city. Host was very helpful.

The decor of the flat was white, simple and fresh. It was in easy access to the main part of the city by a pleasant park and it was quiet. The parking was excellent. And it was easy to warm up the space.

I didn’t know that it was situated in the basement, if I’d known I wouldn’t have chosen it. Though cleanish it wasn’t spotless, there was food left in the freezer, and this badly needed defrosting. There was a soiled tissue on the floor and the flat smelt of curry. The bedroom though pretty smelt musty and the sheets weren’t aired. The kitchen could’ve had a few more necessities like a teapot and something to clean the bathroom with would’ve been good.
