We have stayed here once before and it’s perfect for what we need. We were visiting Exeter for the University’s Open Days.
The property is situated in such a lovely location and it’s great to go running there! One day I’d like to try the pub down the road!
I like the option to have breakfast, milk, tea/coffee as well at the property.
The owners are discreet but helpful if you have any questions etc.

We loved this place. Spotlessly clean, really spacious and most importantly, comfortable. Everything well built and working properly. Easy to follow check in instructions. Perfect for our overnight stay before heading on to Cornwall. Would easily be comfortably enough for long stays too.
