Comfortable apartment near bus stops and easy access to town centre, Waitrose and within walking distance of university. Communication with the host was generally good and prompt.
Only one complaint. The bed was very creaky!

This apartment is perfectly located if you have a car. There is enough parking space and comparable easy to go from M 5. We also appreciated that there was a big supermarket nearby which is open for 7 days a week. We enjoyed the quiet space after our trips through the country. We can really recommend this appartement.
The water supply in the shower and in the sink was low - maybe due to the lack of water Britain has to face at the moment.

The property is spacious, has free parking & the host was excellent. We had all of the facilities required for our 3 night stay, and Lucy checked in on us on after our first night to check everything was okay. Very comfortable bed, we slept lovely although it is quite light in the bedroom as not blackout curtains, but no major issues. Location was OK although it was a bit confusing on arrival as it’s a private drive which we went down by mistake but turned out to be the right place. Overall happy with the trip!
Overall the flat just needs some TLC - there is paint falling off, stained ceilings, light fightings not working throughout, although none of this affected the stay itself. One thing that did cause a concern for us was that the outside door to the flat was left on the latch a lot of the time (presumably by other tenants). We made sure that we closed it properly as an extra layer of security but unfortunately can’t enforce that on others in the building - maybe something to think about!

It was walkable to the city centre.
It was dirty and hadn’t been looked after. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done.
