Location great, really sweet little room - everything I needed. Felt very secure. Host warm and welcoming and made the stay feel homely. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Exeter.
The bed is a bit uncomfortable but I am maybe not the best sleeper in a new place in any case.

A good place to stay. Two minutes from the railway station, and very close to the town centre. It's only a small place, but, if like me, you just need somewhere to sleep, and shower, it's ideal.

Location was perfect for exploring the city.
It was a very hot day/night and we really struggled with there being no fan and only a tiny window to open. We didn't sleep unfortunately and I felt quite claustrophobic. Maybe a different and cosy experience in the winter. Lovely host though and very quirky space. A little dark. I would paint lighter walls for such a small space.
