Ideal location, thoughtful friendly host - highly recommend
Great central location, lovely room and coffee machine and cookies were thoughtful touches. I travelled alone and this was perfect for me, may have been a bit small for two of us.
My only small quibbles would be that "free toiletries" was just hand soap and manly shower gel - I was travelling super light and hadn't packed shampoo etc after seeing this listed. And the bed frame needs a really good dust underneath. Neither would stop me booking again,

Had everything I needed for my 1 night stay. Very close to the station and town centre
The short alleyway to the door could do with a sensor light- very dark at night

Loved the quirkiness
Great location in central Exeter. Nice cafe at the top of the road. Really detailed instructions of how to get in, much appreciated as we arrived in the dark. Really cosy, quirky place to stay.

Highly recommended, great accomodation in a great location.
Location is great, right in the center of Exeter. Easy access to Exeter Central Station. Host was lovely and very friendly, it was clear that it was important to him that we enjoyed our stay. Communication with host was very good and all responses were received very promptly.
