Nice apartments, someone on reception occasionally - so lacking support for that standard/cost.

Lovely apartments, facilities good.

Total lack of information about how things worked. Rarely saw anyone on reception. Paying so much there should have been a change of towels.

Great choice for skiing vacation

Spacy and comfortable bed. Underground garage, new and nice equipment. And mainly the whirlpool and sauna were amazing.

Nothing against modern architecture solutions, but personally, I'd sometimes appreciate more privacy in the bathroom than the glass wall can provide... A curtain between the room itself and the bathroom would do it.

Good but not for me

The manager is super professional, who understands that great customer service is part of the job and she remains attentive until the last minute you leave. The hotel is comfortable and modern. Please consider it was low season so we loved that the place was almost empty and quiet. We don’t know how it is in high season.

There is no stove in the room and the surroundings in low season you will find everything closed very early so you don’t have the chance to cook something warm. At the lobby there are very nice tables but they won’t let you use the kitchen since it’s just for the staff. That’s something that won’t let you rate it as excellent. Also they would charge you if you request extra towels, that is unbelievable. We recommend that If you like you room cleaned every night like us, this is not the place to stay. But this is something we didn’t know until we got there. The dust after the second day is really a lot. (We don’t like to clean up when we are on vacations). Also if someone smokes next to your terrace you will smell it all inside your room.

We went on a hot day (about 27-9 degrees) and there was no AC. However, the building itself is quite cool, so it didn't bother us at all. I wish the sauna was available for a longer time.

Exceptional

The apartment is very clean, spacious, equipped with top appliances. Very quiet, comfortable, plenty of room available for luggage, clothes, etc. Room temperature can be easily controlled via A/C. WiFi is also perfectly working. Last but not least, the view from the terrace is quite nice.

It was a new building so everything was new

The property was described as having a kitchenette but on arrival only had a microwave so we couldn’t actually make a meal. The accommodation had no cable tv so as English speaking guests had no tv to watch in the evening

Tolle Unterkunft / Modern und top Lage 🫶

Sehr tolle Unterkunft, waren ein verlängertes Wochenende zum SkiUrlaub mit 5 Personen. Sehr tolles und modernes Zimmer hat uns empfangen. Alles top sauber und die Einrichtung ein Traum, alles was man braucht war vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit den Angestellten war sehr angenehm und sind uns immer bei Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Skibus zum Schatzberg war 100meter entfernt und ratz fatz war man Vorort. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen nächstes Jahr.

Eine sehr schöne Appartmentanlage , ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet für die Freizeit mit sehr freundlichenm Pers

Sehr schön ruhig gelegene und modern eingerichtete Appartmentanlage mit Sauna, Whirlpool und Fitnessraum. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal an der Rezeption. Das Appartmenthaus liegt fussläufig zu diversen Skiliften bzw. Wanderwege sind leicht erreichbar. Bravo für das gelungene Gesamtkonzept.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé avec une literie très confortable. Personnel disponible et agréable. Logement très bien situé à Niedereau. Le spa sur le toit est génial et la salle de sport est un plus.

Heerlijke moderne accommodatie met zorg voor detail voor hele nette prijs

Mooie moderne studio, comfortabele bedden en boven lekker bubbelbad. Alles mooi verzorgd en fris nieuw. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en de Wildschönau Premium card erbij was top voor gratis lifttoegang de berg op!

Doordat receptie nauwelijks bemand is, voelt het een tikje onpersoonlijk. Maar als ze er zijn, zijn ze super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Komt ook doordat het geen hoog seizoen meer is

Przytulny i nowoczesny.

Zarezerwowaliśmy nocleg w drodze powrotnej z Szwajcarii, zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj na kilka dni. Apartament przytulny, czysty, pachnący z dużą łazienką i kabiną prysznicową. Przyjemnie było do niego wracać po całym dniu w górach. Ewentualnie godziny otwarcia strefy sauna+jazuzzi mogłyby być nieco dłuższe nawet o godzinę, ponieważ ciężko było zdążyć wieczorem żeby się zrelaksować po trekkingu.

Mała sugestia, jeżeli w apartamencie jest ekspres przelewowy to fajne żeby filtry również były na wyposażeniu, tak samo jak płyn do mycia naczyń.

Ons appartement was super de luxe genoeg ruimte waar je lekker tot rust kon komen. Vanessa heeft ons uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam opgevangen en geholpen. Alleen maar complimenten hiervoor.

Het uitzicht op de bergen vanaf het balkon. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Problemen worden serieus genomen en goed opgelost.

Iets te weinig info gekregen aan het begin. We wisten niet waar we bijvoorbeeld het vuil konden wegbrengen.

Ein Traum mit Hund - wir kommen wieder

Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig mit bester Ausstattung. Nach einem Wandertag in wildschönau oder wilder Kaiser (25 min mit dem Auto) kann mit Hund super entspannen. Besonders die Gastfreundschaft von Vanessa hat uns sehr gefallen, unkompliziert und wunderbar

Voor herhaling vatbaar, prachtig gebouw en kamers!

Nieuw gebouw, praktisch, netjes Alles is aanwezig, ook in de keuken (op een oven na) De Sauna en het borrelbad is leuk meegenomen Tijdens het verblijf van 7 dagen hebben we via WhatsApp met de verantwoordelijk snel en goed kunnen communiceren

ondergrondse parking inrit is iets te korte bocht voor een grote SUV om gemakkelijk te parkeren. Jammer dat de kamer geen oven had enkel een microgolf oven volgende bezoek willen we geen gelijkvloers maar een kamer op het 1e of 2e verdiep met balkon en uitzicht

Toller Wellnessbereich, sehr modern, sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, kostenlose Tiefgarage, großer Skikeller. Gute Lage, um die Skigebiete zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants in direkter Nähe

Klare Scheibe als Badabtrennung etwas ungünstig, wenn man kein Paar ist, könnte wenigstens matt foliert sein - haben mit Saugnapfhaken ein Laken aufgehängt. Studio ist etwas klein und hat keinen richtigen Tisch zum Essen. Im Zimmer war es ohne Klima sehr warm(im Winter), Klimaanlage war etwas kompliziert zu bedienen ohne Anleitung
