Awesome place to stay

Fantastic location and we had a top floor balcony with view to the waterfall and mountains.

There is no airco in the room. We had warm weather 30° that was a bit uncomfortable but i assume most of the time in the year that wouldn't be a problem. So there were no downsides to the hotel. I think the breakfast was a bit minimalist. But they dont waste food and thats a good thing i guess.

Gorgeous views, comfy beds, delicious food!

Absolutely stunning views of the waterfalls from this resort. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant complimentary breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before our full day of hiking. The rooms (family room) was spacious and the balcony views were breathtaking! Comfy and clean rooms with large updated bathroom. I highly recommend staying here.

Very cozy and clean hotel with fantastic Krimml waterfall views. Rooms are clean and spacious, balcony with furniture and waterfall view. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very tasty breakfast. Good restaurants. Friendly staff. Parking.

Super holiday in an amazing place!

Everything was perfect: location with a panorama view over the town and mountains, our balcony had fascination view on the waterfalls; rooms are big, clean, modern, all materials are of top quality; great breakfast, super cozy restaurant area; amazing sauna and relaxing area, top new!!!; host and staff are super friendly and helpful to make your stay just perfect. We will definitely come again!

The staff was very friendly and was open to any questions. Restaurant inside the property was exceptional. Breakfast nicely done.

The location is not really next to a ski lift. There was no ski shoe drying room, however the hotel is not only made for skiing tourists.

We really enjoyed the hotel and we’ll be happy to come back.

I booked Panorama last minute, not expecting too much. The hotel exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The room was perfectly clean and cleaning was daily and of a very good quality. The breakfast included choice of eggs, yogurt, home made bread, cheese etc. We always had dinner at the hotel, and it was also very good. There is a play room adjacent to the dining area which is very convenient for families with kids. The staff is super friendly and always smiling. I would definitely recommend it and plan to come again for a summer hike to the Krimml waterfall. We didn’t use any of the nearby lifts as we were skiing in Bramberg which is a nice 15 min drive from the hotel.

The only small detail we didn’t like were pillows - they’re a little odd and not very comfortable. If not for that’s small detail, I would rate Panorama with perfect 10.

Its lovely hotel with fantastic views in superquiet location - room was spacious and modern,food delicious and overall we had good stay - sitting in balcony with my wife in evening looking down the valley will stay with me.

Breakfast was great with fantastic views of the surrounding alpine panorama with the Krimmls waterfalls - this is what makes this hotel exceptional. The room was clean, nicely equipped, bathroom small but modern with a very clever composition. The owners are very nice communicative flexible people - professionals. We are happy to return here.

The view!

The site offer a dinner deal for 18Euro. When I checked in I asked and they said that we can have that deal. We went to the room and came back an hour later, sat for dinner and got a regular menu. I asked for the dinner deal they said "we can't do it now". No apologies, no explanation, nothing. This was not nice...
