Really positive, perfect to be on the central spot after a long day drive

Staff were friendly and helpful, easy parkin outside the hotel. Short easy walk to the old town with all the sights and restaurants. Good breakfast.

Hearty location in Rosenheim centrala.

Located in the centre of Rosenheim. Walking distance from the hotel: railway station, about ten minutes bus station, about five minutes main square, about four minutes nearest restaurants, cafés and bars, about four minutes shopping district, about two minutes

The single rooms always feel a little bit too warm. Yes, there is an air conditioning unit but that is not so good to run during the night. Yes, there is a window that can be opened but the single rooms are on the road facing side of the hotel and are therefore susceptible to outside noise. Breakfast is available as an optional extra for 18 EUR (May 2025 prices). Now whilst there is a pretty good selection of hot and cold dishes, the quality of the food is mediocre. It feels slightly over-priced.

The hotel has a central location and is within walking distance from the railway station and the bus station. A car park is available. The single room is well equipped and immaculately clean.

The room, even in early spring and with the heating turned off, feels a little bit too warm for my liking.

all was a bit overused, we were promised breakfast 6:30 but it didn’t start before 7.

Perfect location, at the city center of Rosenheim. I liked a breakfast with fresh pastries and cofee. Parking is free of charge.

excellent hotel in a great location

the location was close to town but in a relatively quiet street. The duty manager allowed us to park our motorbikes in the underground garage where they were secure.

the bar did not have any draft beer

Great place to stay!

Very kind staff, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, parking was fine. Breakfast was great, recommend the hotel. Rosenheim was nice.

The hotel was a bit warm, room a bit too warm. Slept ok with the sheets of the bed. This was in October.

A very good hotel a great service and value for money

The hotel is in a good location, the ladies on reception absolutely first rate, very friendly and extremely helpful, I was even able to put my motorcycle in a secure garage, I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly be returning
