Nice size apartment, 2 double bedrooms, one en-suite, separate bathroom as well. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area with TV. Situated close to The Historic Docks, Gunwharf Quays, the train station. Ideal for a break/holiday base for Portsmouth and Southsea

Proximity to the historic dockyard, gunwarf shopping centre and Isle of Wight.
1. Unpleasant odour in the main entrance to the apartment, this seemed to emanate from the refuse store.
2. Combination lock for securing the parking bollard is damaged and is very difficult to open and should be replaced.

I liked the location, it was clean and the beds were kings. I really was happy that there was a fan and toiletries. Very much appreciated that there was coffee. Thank you
I did not like the fact that the mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable. On the master bed, one side was sunken in and it felt like the frame was broken. Very unpleasant night of sleep. The second bedroom I was told by the occupant that the mattress also sagged quite a bit. We did inform the owner and he said he would look into it.
