Great stay in a great location

Great location, walking distance to the historic dockyard. Easy to get keys, great to have parking. Comfortable space. We took 3 x kids and there was plenty of space.

One shower head wasn't working properly, but it had two showers in the apartment so it didn't affect us. Paul was responsive to messages sent

Lovely clean spacious apartment .

No lighting over fitted wardrobes in master bedroom .The other bedroom could also go with a good long mirror .Small vacuum cleaner and dustbin and brush would have been handy too .Trivial things really but overall an excellent property .

Spacious, quiet and conveniently located

The apartment is spacious, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a bathtub. There is a convenience store some 50 m away and it's very easy to walk to the train station or the university campus. The owner was helpful and responded quickly, also to my request to change the dates. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove and a table where one can eat comfortably. The windows of the living room go out on the backyard, so it is quiet. It was also very clean. The heating was excellent, the building is well isolated so I hardly needed it.

The owner asked for a deposit outside of the payment system of booking.com. Given how common scams are, I declined to pay and the owner accepted my response, but that interaction gave me anxiety as I worried he'd cancel the reservation. Fortunately no such thing happened. Also the corridor of the building has a giant mould growing on the wall, this was outside of the apartment, but it looked very unhealthy for anyone living there. I hope nobody gets cancer from it.

Excellent location. Very clean and well equipped. Easy access, especially for my 98 year old mother. Very clear instructions how to find the flat and access it and the parking.

Easy, comfortable, everything you need.

Paul makes it very easy to obtain entry and everything is always clean and tidy. I did say that the property met my expectations instead of exceeded expectations as I have stayed at one of Paul's preperties before, so I knew that it would be very good.

Fabulous stay.

Light, spacious and clean. Paul was extremely helpful and responded straight away to any queries. Position of flat was perfect.

Pillows weren’t the most comfortable but that could be personal taste.

Great location and will be a better place once the mattress situation gets resolved!

I liked the location, it was clean and the beds were kings. I really was happy that there was a fan and toiletries. Very much appreciated that there was coffee. Thank you

I did not like the fact that the mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable. On the master bed, one side was sunken in and it felt like the frame was broken. Very unpleasant night of sleep. The second bedroom I was told by the occupant that the mattress also sagged quite a bit. We did inform the owner and he said he would look into it.

Great apartment

Loved the location and was very light and airy.. super host!! Only downside was the upstairs neighbours were quite noisy during the evening.. lots of banging across the floors, Not the hosts fault at all though

Just so close to the Dockyard which is what i wanted to visit. Great pubs nearby.

Great Historic boat yard stay.

The location was amazing for the historic boat yard. Could not have been closer. We had a family memeber using a wheel chair and we were able to walk everywhere from the flat with her. Paul the owner gave good regukar, clear instructions on what to expect and how to check in. Living area spacious for 3 of us. Beds and bathrooms all good. A fee convenient food options nearby too including mini mart just along the road.
