Easy access, spacious, we had everything we needed and it was close to the Cathedral and to the shops

All was lovely

The location near the historic dockyard and Gun wharf Quays shopping area was great. Paul as a host was great with communication

The apartment itself has everything you need and we didn’t mind spending a few hours laying around at the end of the day, however, it is looking tired. The communal areas in stairwell and landings are dirty. The outlook from the living room is undesirable also.

Too warm to sleep in the night - we weren’t able to turn down the heating. Although there were fans in the rooms, it was still hot.

Stayed for a long weekend. Very spacious apartment, easy to access with key codes. Clean communal areas and some of the apartment was clean and modern. Two parking spaces which was handy but locks for those were broken. Ideal for walking to the historic harbour and shopping area.

Toilet flush had issues when we arrived which the owner sorted the following day which was good but running water from cistern kept some family members awake off and on. Third bedroom could do with a bigger quilt on bed. Found some dirty utensils and cutlery and containers had old sugar and coffee in from months ago. Kitchen cupboards a bit dirty, table sticky and bin smelt of fish. Had to clean many things and informed owner who was very apologetic and would have words with the cleaner. Area outside a bit mixed. In the day fine, walking around to see harbour and visit local places. At night the local park opposite at the back by carpark seemed to be the place for dealers to hang out!
