First booking.com experience, had good and bad points.
Great location, a few mins drive to harbour & has it's own parking bay. Aldi within walking distance is helpful. Uncluttered rooms giving notion of more space was nice. House has potential to be amazing.
Tiny, hard, uncomfortable sofas. Lumpy, uncomfortable mattresses. Tobacco & weed in bedroom carpet. Soap scum & dirt in bathroom. Clogged drain, mouldy bath mat & grime in wet room. Heating issues, some radiators need bleeding, hallway radiator was unresponsive despite turning TRV to full. Had to set temperature very high to feel any warmth in the house, which left a couple rads/towel rails scorching to touch whilst others were still cold the top 60%. Kitchen items all needed cleaning before using.

Loved this flat! The beds were comfortable, it was clean, everything worked and it wasn't a far Uber ride to the places we wanted to go. The host was very kind and and responsive as well.
The only two things I found fault with was 1. The dining table setup. It wasn't very functional as it was stuck to the wall and made it impossible to use fully (there were 5 of us for ref and only 2 chairs available to use at any time.)
2. The linen needed to be washed as it smelled of smoke.

The house looked nice inside, and was close to the main street
Very disappointed, owners have focussed on style and neglected comfort and practicality, as it lacks many essential features to make it feel like a home. Sleeps eight people, but small for four people in the small combined living and dining area. Sofas are uncomfortable, only seat four, dining table small with only four chairs. Kitchen equipment is meagre, only four plates. We had to buy plates and other basics such as cooking trays, saucepans, cheese grater and oven gloves. No dishwasher, disappointing as expect this in a “modern” house. Oven has no temperature indicators on dials. Nowhere to hand coats. Bedrooms lack mirrors, waste bins, and clothes storage; no cupboards, shelves or wardrobes. Hanging rail provided, but there not enough clothes hangers. Bathroom/wet room shower water was either scalding hot (shut off completely when tried to add cold water) or was freezing cold; soaked the entire room. No settings on shower controls. The flooring was standard tiles which were lethal when wet, so suggest using towels on the floor to prevent an accident before using sink or toilet. Black bits continually coming from either the shower or the shower mat, so not cleaned? Lip on the flooring at entrance of the bathroom/wet room to stub your toes on. No safety signage anywhere, and no instructions for any of the equipment. Top floor bathroom had no access to the ceiling window so can’t ventilate the room and no extractor fan, so always damp, if you could get hot water and decent water pressure that is! No bins in bathrooms and nowhere to hang a towel in downstairs toilet. Mattresses were saggy and past their best. Parking for one car only, double yellow lines on road outside, parking restrictions in the vicinity, so second car had to be parked a long way from house. Would not stay here again; it is not comfortable, eight people cannot live there, so beware what the listing says, as much of the important information is lacking.

Great value for money
Very clean comfy, just like the photos. Easy to access. Nice to have a toilet/bathroom on every floor.
It was a bit far out from town, but I guess the price reflects this. Would have liked more than one key for a 4 bedroom house. If we went out at different times there was no way to lock the house behind us. Also couldn't work out how to turn on the electric shower in the upstairs bathroom.

Really nice!
A lovely three-storey house. It has front and back gardens. The kitchen is large, and the living room is also lovely. The master bedroom is large and features a balcony. Aldi is a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to pick up some food there.
Only one parking space. You can park for free across the road, but it took us a while to find a spot. It would be better to come early. We went around 6 pm, and it was quite full.

The property was very clean and very well laid out
The only thing I could complain about it’s the little touches that didn’t really bother us.
So the bath upstairs didn’t have a plug. A couple of lamp shades didn’t have a light bulb but again like I say nothing major and it didn’t stop us from having a brilliant time.

The shower was blocked, a toilet seat lid broken, limited parking, not a well equipped kitchen for the number of guests. There is a noise restriction but neighbours are noisier.

One of our favorite stays during our UK trip.
The property is very well kept and comfortable. We loved that there was a bathroom on every level. The location is excellent. Just steps away from a grocery store and walking distance to plenty of shopping and places to eat.
There is not enough dinning space for a large family to eat together. Also, while the tv worked, the only streaming we could get to work was prime video. The WiFi was limited and didn’t always work.

Shower room very high tech.
Only parking for one car when there’s 4 double bedrooms. Advert a little misleading. Parking in the street difficult to find as lots of double yellows.
Not enough seating for the amount of bedrooms. Sofas very uncomfortable. A corner sofa would be better and a couple of big bean bags. Lose the table or put it in the utility room. Somewhere comfortable to sit when the kids were in bed would have been fab.
Bedrooms clean and a good size. Mattresses awful. 4 adults and 2 children had 2 terrible nights sleep.
Now the positives. Very clean and modern, LED lighting and fancy light and socket switches are a nice touch.
Small enclosed seating area to back was nice as we had 2 warm evenings but again only 2 garden chairs when there were 6 of us.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay for me and my friends at a very affordable price too.
The property was very spacious with all 4 bedrooms being sizeable, as well as a driveway which was very convenient considering how difficult parking can be at times. The ambient lighting in the 1st floor bedrooms and kitchen were very cool. Location wise this property was good in a good place, being close to the motorway and a 10-15 min drive away from the beach.
One of the showers could be complicated to use at first.
Also the wifi is not the fastest

Ruime kamers, twee badkamers,
Keuken, te weinig kookpannen, dus alleen magnetron maaltijd. Een eitje bakken lukt ook nog in de enige koekepan. Geen fijne verlichting in het huis, absoluut niet gezellig. Alle muren zijn wit. Steriele omgeving. Op de foto's ziet het er bling uit, maar in werkelijkheid leeft het niet. Wel schoon.
