La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, si possono raggiungere comodamente varie località della zona. Immersa nel verde, bellissimo panorama. Colazione accettabile

Camera carina, ma la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una "rinfrescata". Piscina comoda, ma ahimé non troppo pulita. Ombrelloni e sdraio un po' datati

Gorgeous views, lovely pool with the birds dipping into it at sunset! There was a really friendly staff who I didn’t get the name of, a young man! Breakfast included and was good quality.

I hated the fact that people were always playing some noise from their phones at breakfast or around the pool. I moved a deckchair into a different area so I didn’t have to hear it. I think it is unfair to downgrade my review because of this because I didn’t actually raise it with the staff, but as it is a hotel for relaxing I would expect that it be quite clear that noise like that impacts other guests.

Krásný a velmi malebný hotel s autentickou toskánskou atmosférou. Ideální místo pro romantický prodloužený víkend. Vše bylo perfektně čisté, personál byl po celou dobu pobytu mimořádně milý a vstřícný. Pokoj byl pohodlný, s kvalitní postelí i polštáři, díky kterým jsme se skvěle vyspali. Snídaně byla vynikající a každý den jsme si opravdu pochutnali. Pobyt předčil naše očekávání.

Zahrada a okolí by si zasloužily trochu více péče.

The location is ideal for touring by car in the Chianti wine region. The accommodation is down a driveway about half a mile from the road so the location is very quiet and peaceful. This is a very rural area but in close reach of Sienna and local villages.

The bathroom is dated and the shower head needed cleaning. This property may not suit all as the facilities are limited. The outdoor pool would benefit from more regular cleaning. The parking was 100m from our accommodation over rough tracks although these are lit at night. Booking.com states that a evening meal is available for available for £25 ph per night. The restaurant is a separate and independent business and the prices are high end. The breakfasts had to be pre ordered and there was limited choice although you could have as much as you wanted. This was not a self serve buffet style breakfast however the gentleman who served breakfast gave exceptional service. The air-con in the room struggled to keep pace with the temperature and the fridge was inefficient. There was no mini-bar. No tourist information was available in the rooms. The TV did not have any English speaking channels. We didn’t use the bar which was mostly empty or otherwise closed. We were not offered a wine tasting tour.
