Het appartement was heel mooi en ruim en geweldig ingericht. Wij vonden het echt bijzonder. Alles zeer compleet, ook de keuken, een echte woning in plaats van een vakantiewoning. Twee mooie terrassen. Het ligt rustig, maar wel in een soort industriegebiedje, zeker een half uur lopen naar het centrum en je hebt dus de auto nodig om naar Mittenwald te gaan.

Er waren helaas ook een paar minpuntjes. Zo was de wifi / internet uitzonderlijk slecht. Daarnaast was de afstandsbediening van het zonnescherm zoek en ondanks herhaaldelijk melden bij de beheerder gebeurde daar niets mee, zodat wij ‘s ochtends voor het ontbijt helaas geen gebruik van het terras konden maken.

This is truly a unique and spectacular property. The sheer living space size and unique woodwork and features are over the top. It is about 1.5 KM from town center, we had a car so no issue. Parking included. It was nice and quiet but in a zone with residential / industrial/commercial mixed in. We could hear the river from the balcony but could not see it for the trees. A great curved screen TV. Full kitchen and dining area.

We had to drive to Garmish - Partenkirchen to get the keys for the place in Mittenwald. We came from Salzburg that day so it added on an extra 40+ minutes to drive past Mittenwald to Garmish and then drive back to Mittenwald. Also the property management place was closing by 6PM and we had challenges getting through busy highway traffic on time. We required additional communications to arrange for our possible late arrival to pick up keys. However, they were quite responsive and accommodating about it. We were allowed to leave the keys in the unit rather that drive them back to Garmish upon check out. A lock box installed with keys or a door code to enter the unit would greatly enhance the experience. WIFI was a bit weak at times but usually came back in a few minutes.

Gross, sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche, es fehlen nur Teetassen.

Kein Wlan und dadurch auch gar kein Fernsehempfang, obwohl ein riesiger Fernseher im Wohnzimmer steht. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass es am Anbieter liegt. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter. Ich finde, das muss man vorher kommunizieren. Ist lt anderer Bewertungen ( die ich leider vorher nicht ausführlich gelesen habe) wohl häufig der Fall. Außerdem funktionieren nicht alle Heizkörper.
