Fantastic stay, with everything you'd need for a relaxing and hassle-free holiday.

Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation. The host contacted us shortly after checking in to make sure everything was to our liking. The flat has spectacular views of the Westliche Karwendelspitze, and is conveniently located a 10min walk from the Alstadt, and a 2min walk from a grocery store. It was also getting to hiking trails and other attractions in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Those sleeping in the sofa bed will not be able to keep all the light out when the sun rises early in the morning during summer. But nothing that a sleeping mask can't fix. Partenkirchner Str can be a bit busy with vehicle traffic going into town, so, again, those sleeping in the sofa bed may have a harder time sleeping in.

Roomy, well equipped and clean apartment very close to the town centre

Be aware that the stairs to our first floor apartment (#2) are a bit steep. Also the refrigerator had no freezer section which was annoying (our host Thomas did advise us that this was being rectified)

Lovely apartment

Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay. Apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen was very good. Bathroom very good. Each bedroom good size. Wonderful balcony with really gorgeous mountain views. So enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony. Very walkable to town. Small supermarket almost right next door. The host is very helpful.

One bedroom which seems to have originally been the apartment's livingroom has beautiful panoramic floor to ceiling windows in part but the shades don't go up to the top so as soon as the rising sun clears the mountain it shines directly on your face. We didn't realize there was no common room just the two bedrooms. Road noise could be an issue if you want balcony door (tilted) open for air. Parking can require some discussion with the guests in the other units as it's doable but can be a tight squeeze.

Anyone noise sensitive might be disturbed by the proximity to the road and railway, but we had a lovely stay.

Relaxing comfort in lovely homely apartment

The location of the property was fantastic, the best view of the mountain from the large balcony and a very pleasant short walk into the centre of the town. Less than 5 mins from supermarket. The apartment had everything we needed with access to washing machine. Great well equipped kitchen. The paintings and little Alpine touches made it very relaxing.

Apartment is very tastefully furnished, clean and well-maintained. Love that we are able to have an unblocked view of the snow mountain range from the floor to ceiling glass panels. Also appreciated that we are given free access to the washing machines and dryers located in the basement.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, we even had a bathtub. But the major highlight was the view from the balcony. It was just outstanding.

Wonderful, would definitely stay again

We loved how the apartment was styled. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were able to walk to Penny for groceries. The local Bäckerei has the best Apple Turnovers we have ever had. The views are spectacular and it was only a short driving distance to Garmisch, Oberammergau and Linderhof Palace.

The parking space is very tight but it is manageable if everyone parks where they are supposed to.

Huge apartment with strong attention to detail. There is all essential kitchen equipment, including stove, coffee machine, and toaster. The bathroom was huge and clean. Everything was perfect, very cozy apartment with a great view of the mountains. Rewe is 10 minutes by car and Penny is within walking distance. The location is great for hiking, too. Schönes Ausblick, das Apartment war sehr bequem und groß.

Die Parkmöglichkeit, die Parkplätze für drei Auto sind zu klein. An dem Erdgeschoss die Gäste oder Mieter rauchen den ganzen Tag, deswegen konnten den Fenstern nicht offen lassen, sonst stinkt die ganze Unterkunft. Trotzdem war eine gute Apartment!

Die Wanderungen waren anstrengend, dafür konnten wir uns in der Unterkunft sehr gut erholen

Da es eine Ferienwohnung ist, waren wir Selbstversorger. Die Geschäfte waren schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Abends gibt es in Mittenwald genügend Gasthäuser, allerdings ist es ratsam rechtzeitig zu reservieren. Wir haben in der Alpenrose gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden mit den Speisen, der Auswahl, den Preisen und dem sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir werden wiederkommen. Es gibt noch viel zu erkunden.

Es hat mir ein Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad gefehlt und ein Schuhlöffel. Aber dass sind Kleinigkeiten alles andere war gut ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Berge war toll.

Große, saubere Apartment. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und sämtliche Haushaltsgeräte. Separate Toilette und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Esstisch mit Blick auf die Alpen und ein großes Boxspringbett. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über 2 separate Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit einem Boxspringbett, einem Kleiderschrank und einem kleinen Kinderbett, das andere Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Boxspringbett, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Ausgang zur Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen großen Tisch und Stühle. Alles ist sehr nett und fürsorglich gegenüber den Gästen ausgestattet. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Parkplatz ist nicht sehr groß. Ungefähr für 3-4 Autos. da dieser Stellplatz zu zwei weiteren Wohnungen gehört.

Parkplatzsituation echt katastrophal. 3 Autos passen nicht auf den Parkplatz. so muss man immer betteln dass jeder sein Auto entsprechend parkt dass jeder Platz hat.
