Spanning two floors, the “Hölzlhaus” has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
It serves as your spacious base for all activities in the region. The upper floor features two separate bedrooms (two single beds and one double bed), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a washing machine. An east-facing balcony offers a view of the Karwendel Mountains. On the first floor, you can prepare meals in the new kitchen and relax in the cozy corner seating area. A leather sofa set invites you to unwind. The spacious terrace, complete with lounge chairs and seating, opens off the living room. A parking space is located right next to the house. Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV are, of course, provided. The town center and shopping areas are also within easy walking distance.
