About this apartment rental
This cozy, well-furnished vacation rental is located on the second floor and offers a comfortable temporary home in a space of approximately 40 m².
It features a bright living room with a sleeper sofa and a built-in kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a small, well-maintained bathroom.
The sleeper sofa can accommodate one adult or two children up to age 16.
A special highlight are the two balconies, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Karwendel Mountains and the surrounding peaks.
Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels are, of course, available to you.
The Ruaser’s Ruah vacation apartments are perfect for a relaxing getaway and serve as an ideal starting point for hiking and hiking, and biking tours. In these cozy apartments, you can recharge your batteries.
Various shopping options, the train station, and the free guest hiking and ski bus—which takes you to the most beautiful hiking areas and cross-country ski trails in the region as well as to the Kranzberg ski area—are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The historic town center and the pedestrian zone are also only about a 5-minute walk away.
You can park your car in our courtyard in front of the house.
Our garden and parking areas will be redesigned this spring.
On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or, upon request, by bank transfer.Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys are handed over in person or via an on-site key safe. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €10 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets per apartment. The visitor’s tax will be charged on-site: • from December 20 through March 31 and from May 1 through October 31, the rate is €3 per person per night (ages 16 and up); children (ages 10–15) €1.90 per person per night. • From November 1 through December 19 and from April 1 through April 30: €2 per person per night (ages 16 and up); children (ages 10–15) €1.30 per person/night.
