About this apartment rental
This cozy, well-furnished vacation rental is located on the first floor and offers plenty of space to relax in its approximately 42 m² of living area.
It features a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, a separate kitchen with seating, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and a small bathroom. The toilet is separate.
The sleeper sofa can accommodate one adult or two children up to age 16.
From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels are available in all apartments.
The Ruaser’s Ruah vacation apartments are perfect for a relaxing vacation and serve as an ideal starting point for hiking and hiking, and biking tours. In these cozy apartments, you can recharge your batteries.
Various shopping options, the train station, and the free guest hiking and ski bus—which takes you to the most beautiful hiking areas and cross-country ski trails in the region as well as to the Kranzberg ski area—are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The historic town center and the pedestrian zone are also only about a 5-minute walk away.
You can park your car in our courtyard in front of the house.
Our garden and parking areas will be redesigned this spring.
On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or, upon request, by bank transfer.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person or via a key safe on site. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €10 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets per apartment. The visitor’s tax is charged on-site as follows: • from December 20 through March 31 and from May 1 through October 31, at a rate of €3 per person per night (ages 16 and up); children (ages 10–15) €1.90 per person per night. • From November 1 through December 19 and from April 1 through April 30: €2 per person per night (ages 16 and up); children (ages 10–15) €1.30 per person/night.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
