Immaculately clean apartment with a truly amazing view! Great location right next to the mountain lift and a parking lot. Cheerful hostess. Thank you for a great stay! We would gladly return.

There was some roadwork going on near the house that made some noise during the day, but it did not spoil our impression of the place at all.

Pure Entspannung in Top - Lage

Sehr schön und trotzdem zentral. Parken direkt am Haus. Einmalige Aussicht, gemütlich eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht.

Traumhafter Ausblick!

Tolle Lage mit Blick über Mittenwald zum Karwendel. Vor der Haustür starten diverse Wanderwege. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Hier stimmt einfach alles - perfekte Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht und moderne, behagliche Ausstattung bei perfekter Sauberkeit! Die Wohnungsaufteilung ist gelungen, ein riesiger Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. In direkter Nähe fährt der Sesselllift und verlaufen die Wanderwege, auch der schöne Ortskern ist rasch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Erholung Pur !!!!

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub als Selbstversorger haben muss. Von Küchenutensilien wie Spülmittel, Spüllappen, Geschirrhandtücher bis hin zu Schampoo und Duschgel ist alles enthalten. Die Aussicht auf den Karwendel ist atemberaubend. Man kann an verschiedenen Tagen vom Balkon aus schöne Konzerte aus dem Kurpark hören. Frau Lipp ist eine sympathische, authentische Gastgeberin, bei der man sich direkt heimelig fühlte. In Mittenwald kann man seine Einkäufe erledigen. Es gibt Bäcker, einen guten Metzger (Rieder!), Drogeriemärkte und einen Supermarkt. Gerne wieder ! Wir wünschen der Familie Lipp alles Gute und bedanken uns für die tolle Urlaubswoche in Mittenwald.

Für Gäste die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, sind die Treppen ins "Tal" nicht geeignet. JEDOCH kann man gut mit dem Auto in Mittenwald parken !!!!

Super Aufenthalt

Super Apartment mit allem was man benötigt… ein Top Ausblick über Mittenwald…Parklplatz überdacht direkt vor der Tür… 5 min über steile Treppe ins Zentrum….

Die Treppe und den Ort die runtergeht muss man auch wieder hoch …. Aber auch geschafft :-)

Sensationelle Aussicht auf den Karwendel und Mittenwald vom Balkon.Direkter Zugang zum Kranzberglift oder verschiedener Wanderwege.Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen von der Ausstattung und Lage und verfügt über eine sehr nette, freundliche und entspannte Vermieterin.

Traumhaft schön!

Sowohl die Lage als auch die Wohnung sind traumhaft schön. Der Ausblick vom riesigen Balkon mit bequemen Loungemöbel ist unbezahlbar! Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und allen möglichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir waren allerdings schon wunschlos glücklich.

Erholsam, super Lage, alles vorhanden was man benötigt

Sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Whg. akurat und sauber. Klein aber fein mit kleinem Backofen, 4 Pl. Herd, Kaffee und Kapselmaschine sind vorhanden. 1a Handtuchqualität. Sehr umfassend ausgestattet inkl. Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner. Für 2 Personen optimal. Der Ausblick und die Lage atemberaubend. Ruhig gelegen, direkt am Kranzbergparkplatz neben der Kärtner Alm. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden! Der Fußweg in den Ort über die 247 Treppenstufen ist runterwärts sehr leicht, bergauf eine leichte Trainingsstrecke :). Es gibt aber auch einen Wanderweg neben den Treppen!!! Oder man geht etwas weiter über die Straßen. Für unser empfinden Sehr zu empfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder. Bei Mischwetter und entsprechender Mitnahme von doppelten Kleidungsteilen (warm/kalt), kann der Platz etwas eng werden, aber alles machbar. Zu dritt würde ich eine größere Whg. wählen.

Nix zu erwähnen, ansonsten wäre es ein "Jammern auf hohem Niveau" 😀
