Completed in 2023, this new building in the heart of Mittenwald looks forward to welcoming many guests who would like to enjoy a high-quality vacation in beautiful Mittenwald.
The beautiful “Karwendeltraum” vacation apartment on the 2nd floor offers 85 square meters of space and 2 large balconies, providing plenty of room for the whole family and warmly welcoming up to 4 guests.
The building features an elevator that comfortably transports you from the underground parking garage or the first floor to the second floor.
The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing and spending time together; it features a 50-inch TV. The bedroom features a raised double bed, complete with its own TV, of course. A study, which can also be used as a bedroom, features a high-quality single bed (90x200 cm) that can be pulled out (80x190 cm) to form a full-sized, comfortable double bed.
Of course, there is also a desk here for use as a home office while on vacation, along with another flat-screen TV.
The large, new bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and even a washing machine, so you can enjoy a longer, worry-free family vacation here.
The fully equipped, high-quality kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, and microwave—is arranged in a circular layout at the rear of the apartment, allowing access and use from both sides.
The balcony facing the Karwendel Mountains offers a stunning view of the mountains, while the other balcony provides a view of Mittenwald and the beautiful, historic St. Peter and Paul Church.
Your own parking space in the underground garage and a storage room for e-bikes and sports equipment are, of course, included in the package.
