To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the ENZIAN Comfort Apartment is equipped with two double beds made of fir wood. The dressing room, entryway, and hallway offer plenty of space for your coats and clothing. The comfortable kitchen features a corner bench with a dining area. It’s fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and much more. The modern, spacious family bathroom, complete with a walk-in relaxation shower, toilet, bidet, towel warmer, hair dryer, and spacious sink, leaves nothing to be desired. An additional guest restroom is available. The large living room, furnished with sofas and armchairs, offers plenty of space for cozy evenings. To ensure the highest level of cleanliness, the apartment features only wood and stone floors. The south-facing terrace and outdoor seating area are furnished.

Enjoy our comfortable vacation apartments, lovingly furnished in the Bavarian-Alpine style. Perfect for relaxing and carefree vacation days. Look forward to your furnished south-facing balcony, south-facing terrace, or lawn with mountain views of the Karwendel and Wetterstein ranges, and enjoy your snack or coffee there.
On-site costs: We kindly ask for a deposit of €100.00 or €200.00 to be transferred to our account to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival (via bank transfer or in cash). Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, or please inquire about your specific arrival time. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM at the latest. We will welcome you in person and hand you your keys at the vacation home. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. This is a smoke-free home (this also applies to e-cigarettes). A crib, high chair, and changing table are available upon request and subject to availability. A tourist tax of €3.00 will be charged separately on site. Included: Wi-Fi, bed linens, wool blankets, towels, table linens, hair dryer, car parking, fully equipped kitchen. Use of the washer and dryer is available for a fee.
