Welcome to our Bergluft vacation rental!
This comfortably furnished, non-smoking apartment is located in the historic district of Gries, the oldest part of Mittenwald. Some of the houses here date back to the Middle Ages, and the murals on the facades are partly originals from the 18th century.
Our Bergluft vacation rental spans the first floor, first floor, and second floor.
Thanks to its central yet quiet location, you can reach both the center of Mittenwald—with the Obermarkt and the late Baroque church—and the Kranzberg hiking area in just a few minutes on foot.

We tailor our “Bergluft” vacation rental to your individual needs.
The vacation rental spans the first floor, first floor, and second floor.
This non-smoking apartment accommodates 1–6 adults. You’ll have three bedrooms and 140 square meters at your disposal.
The apartment features an exceptional entryway with vaulted ceilings and marble floors. Here, you’ll find space for strollers, bicycles, skis, sleds, and more. From there, you can proceed through the coatroom to the first floor.
The spacious living area, consisting of a kitchen and living room, offers plenty of room for relaxing. The spacious bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired.
On the second floor, there is also a separate restroom with a sink.
All living and sleeping areas feature hardwood floors.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets due to allergy concerns.
Our services for you:
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire vacation rental
• One parking space in Puit (100 m, 1 min away); loading and unloading possible directly in front of the house
• Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide the following free of charge:
1 travel crib, 1 high chair, changing table, step stool, bibs
On-site costs: Payment is due on-site in cash.A 50% deposit is charged after booking. The amount must be transferred to the account within one week. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible only by prior arrangement. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed.A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. The tourist tax of €3.00 per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged additionally on-site. The tourist tax for children ages 11–15 is €1.90. During the off-season, the tourist tax is €2.00 per person per night. For children aged 11–15, the tourist tax is €1.30. Prices include Wi-Fi, 1 parking space, bed linens, towels, table linens, final cleaning, and utilities.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
