To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the STOARÖSERL half of the house (south-west) features an entryway/hallway with a coat rack. There is also a guest restroom and an utility room (washer and dryer) on the first floor. The comfortable kitchen with a dining area is fully furnished and equipped. The living area, with its sofas and armchairs, offers plenty of space for cozy evenings. You can access the furnished south-facing terrace from both rooms. On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms, each handcrafted from Swiss stone pine. All bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, 90x200 cm) have access to the balconies. The spacious family bathroom offers plenty of room for you, featuring a walk-in relaxation shower, toilet, bidet, towel warmer, a large sink, and a hair dryer. To ensure the highest level of cleanliness, the entire apartment features only wood and stone floors, making it suitable for people with allergies.

Enjoy our comfortable vacation apartments, lovingly furnished in the Bavarian-Alpine style. Perfect for relaxing and carefree vacation days. Look forward to your furnished south-facing balcony, south-facing terrace, or sunbathing lawn with mountain views of the Karwendel and Wetterstein ranges, and savor your snack or coffee.
On-site fees: We kindly ask for a deposit of €200.00 to be transferred to our account to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival (via bank transfer or in cash). Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, or please inquire about your specific check-in time. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM at the latest. We will welcome you in person and hand you your keys at the vacation home. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. This is a non-smoking home (this also applies to e-cigarettes). A crib, high chair, and changing table are available upon request and subject to availability. A visitor’s tax of €2.60 per person per day will be charged separately on site. Included: Wi-Fi, bed linens, wool blankets, towels, table linens, hair dryer, car parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. Use of the washer and dryer is available for a fee.
