A wonderful stay in a beautifully decorated, fully equipped apartment, made even more special by Monika’s warm and atten

Our stay at Engelsherz was excellent in every way. The apartment is located in a very convenient and quiet area, close to the center of Mittenwald, and it is fully equipped with everything a family could need. It was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. Every detail was well thought out and all amenities were provided. A special mention goes to Monika, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, helpful, and always willing to assist, supporting us in every aspect of our stay and making sure everything was perfect. Her hospitality was genuine and greatly appreciated. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely choose Engelsherz again. We hope to see you again soon!

A large atmospheric apartment with a lot of details

There was everything necessary for living, barbecue zone, board games and puzzles for children. Nice park nearby, 10 min walk to city center, 15 min walk to the nearest playground.

Too much furniture and things in the garden, would be nice to have some toys/tools for the kids to play outside.

Spectacular

It was a beautifully decorated appartment, fused with good modern facilities. The hostess is friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Then there is the location. Mittenwald is gorgeous. When you walk out of the appartment, the first thing you see is a rugged mountain with some snow on top. Restaurants and supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walking. Excellent stay!

I had some issues with the altitude. Mittenwald is over 900 meters above sealevel and I noticed my muscles cramped up due to thinner air. Beds in Germany I've noticed are often hard. Engelsherz were relatively soft compared to other locations in Germany but still a little difficult if you are used to beds which shape up to your body or are softer.

Enttäuschung auf der ganzen Linie

Zugang zum Haus war unaufgeräumt und ungepflegt. Die Wohnung war komplett überfüllt mit Betten und Schränken jeglicher Stilepoche. Einzelne Elemente waren durchaus schön gingen aber in der Masse unter. Wir stellten uns die Frage, wie eine solch positive Bewertung zustande gekommen ist. Das diese Wohnung fünf Sterne haben soll, ist uns nicht erklärbar. Dort fehlt es an jeglichen Geschmack. Von booking sind wir sehr enttäuscht, dass zeigt wohl, dass jede Art von Unterkunft angeboten wird ohne realistische Bewertung. Die ein solch Preis Leistungsverhältnis rechtfertigt.

Tolles Mittenwald

Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und lieb. Die Wohnung war toll. Alles und mehr, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Der große eingezäunte Garten war auch so schön - vor allem für die Hunde top. Und der Whirlpool mit Bergblick... Fußläufig lassen sich direkt viele schöne Wanderungen starten und zum Zentrum Mittenwald sind es auch weniger als 10 Gehminuten. Ein wunderschöner Kurpark (Hunde an der Leine erlaubt) ist direkt um die Ecke. 10+ Sterne. Einfach alles wunderbar.
