Space for the whole family or a getaway with friends in the mountains! Our Goldenes Landl vacation home is located just about 700 meters from the Gröbl-Alm, in a sunny, quiet setting with views of Mittenwald and the Karwendel mountain range. It’s the perfect starting point for hikes in the nearby Kranzberg area. With its 4 double rooms and one single room, the house can accommodate the whole family or a group of friends of up to 9 people.

The “Goldenes Landl” vacation home, with its sunny, quiet location and approximately 130 square meters of living space, features 4 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. All rooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and TV. Four rooms have south- or west-facing balconies with superb panoramic views. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, are available.
The large Swiss stone pine living room features a kitchenette, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a large corner bench with 3 tables, a telephone, an in-house safe, a collection of games, and an internet-enabled TV.
Accommodates up to 9 people.
Included in the price:
Bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, telephone. Parking available for 2 cars; additional cars must or can be parked at the Gröbl-Alm. Use of the sauna in the main building at the Gröbl-Alm is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (by appointment only!) (NOT available during the Gröbl-Alm’s operating holidays—no price reductions will be granted!)
The Gröbl-Alm main building is only about 700 meters away.
On-site fees: A 90% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is to be paid by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please notify us in advance of any later arrivals. Check-out is until 9:30 AM. Key pickup and check-in/check-out take place at the Gröbl-Alm.Address: Alpengasthof/Hotel Gröbl-Alm, Gröbl-Alm 1-3, 82481 Mittenwald Address of the “Goldenes Landl” vacation home: Gröblweg 20, 82481 Mittenwald Dogs are allowed upon request. We charge 20.00 euros per dog per day, excluding food. The visitor’s tax will be charged additionally on site: High season: Dec. 20 – Mar. 31 and May 1 – Oct. 31: €3.00 Off-season: Nov. 1 – Dec. 19 and Apr. 1 – Apr. 30: €2.00 Included in the price: • Wi-Fi • 2 parking spaces. • Sauna access from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gröbl-Alm (by prior reservation—available only during the Gröbl-Alm’s opening hours!). Unfortunately, use is not possible when our hotel is closed. No price reduction will be given.
