Exceptional Value and Great Place to Stay.

This was my 3rd stay at Haus St Korbinian and it won't be my last. It is a perfect studio apartment for a solo traveler, the host is great, and the location is extremely quiet but still convenient to everything.

I had a very comfortable stay in the top studio. Great value for the price. Felt more spacious than the picture, and with beautifull mountainview. The bikes they offer for free, are decent mountainbikes.

Pulizia straordinaria, veramente impeccabile. Appartamento comodo e funzionale, Bellissimo arredamento Vista mozzafiato sul Karwendel e Wetterstein Posizione comodissima dietro al Kurpark Due mazzi di chiavi, sempre comodo. La host è simpaticissima e parla italiano. Davvero tutto eccellente

Das Frühstück haben wir uns selber zubereitet in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet und zu Fuß vom Bahnhof aus in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war super. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Es war sehr ruhig in dem Haus und auch kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Und es lag ganz idyllisch mit Blick in die Berge.

Kellemes, ideális hely a környék felfedezéséhez

Nagyon szép, hangulatos környék. Késő este érkeztünk, a kulcsátvétel a kulcsszéfből történt. Hűvös idő volt, ezért a radiátoros szabályozható fűtés nagyon kellemes volt. Az apartman praktikusan megtervezett, jó ízléssel berendezett. A konyha megfelelő eszközökkel felszerelt. Konyharuha, kis és nagy törölköző is rendelkezésre állt. A fürdőszobában sampon és illatos levendula szappan is volt.

Ilyen nem volt.

Kurztrip in dieses Haus immer wieder gerne

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage. Gut fünf Gehminuten bis zum schönen Ortskern und schnell auf der Bundesstraße Richtung Innsbruck oder München. Das Studio war wirklich ausreichend groß, mit ausgestattetem Balkon und die Küchenzeile mit vielen liebevollen Details. Das Bett bequem.

Parkplätze sind knapp bemessen und so kann es schon einmal etwas enger werden zum Parken auf dem Hof. Aber sie sind in den Kosten inbegriffen. Das Bad ist recht klein und enger und durch die Schräge für deutlich größere Personen ggf. schwieriger.

Zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr ruhige und gepflegte Wohngegend, sehr nette Gastgeber, alles ordentlich und gepflegt. Gastgeber stehen für Rückfragen immer zur Verfügung und sind "nahbar". Die Ortsmitte ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Schöne Seen (z.B. Lautersee u. Ferchensee) auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Luftfilter in Bad und bei der Küchenzeile könnten vielleicht erneuert werden (ziehen nicht mehr so gut ab). :-) Es gibt ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir haben spontan sehr kurzfristig gebucht, wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Haben alles vorgefunden, was für einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt hilfreich ist. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Toller Balkon um jeden Strahl der Wintersonne einzufangen.
