Lage sehr gut. Vermieter sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Blick aufs Karwendelgebirge als auch zum Kranzberg. 2 grosse Balkons als Loggia mit Stühlen und Tisch versehen.
Badewanne mit Dusche und Toilette in einem Raum in schräger Dachsituation, die ein Duschen nicht bzw. sehr umständlich ermöglicht. Schräge über der Badwanne mit Dusche, so dass eine Person über 1,50m Körpergrösse nicht aufrecht stehen kann. Waschbecken separat im Schlafzimmer.

Gute Lage, Balkone zu beiden Seiten, Blick auf die Berge. In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wohnung war ausreichend groß.
Die Bad-Situation war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gab ein Bad mit Wanne und WC. Die Wanne steht aber unter der Dachschräge. Beim Duschen kann man nicht aufrecht stehen, wir sind 1,72m groß. Das Waschbecken ist im Schlafzimmer, etwas ungünstig bei verschiedenen Schlafzeiten.
