On the first floor is our 60-square-meter apartment, which accommodates up to 4 people (3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children) and features a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Karwendel Mountains. The bedroom is separate. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and much more—everything you’ll need for your vacation. The living room features a TV and a sleeper sofa for 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a lovely rain shower; a hair dryer and towels are, of course, provided. The toilet is separate.

On-site costs: Included in the base price: Wi-Fi, parking, towels, bed linens. Not included: tourist tax, beverages. A deposit of 30% is due prior to arrival. A visitor’s tax (price per night and person) is charged separately on site: High season (Dec. 20–Mar. 31 and May 1–Oct. 31): Adults €3.00, children €1.90; Off-season (April 1–April 30 and Nov. 1–Dec. 19): Adults €2.00, children €1.30. Pets are not allowed. Keys will be handed over on-site. Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Later check-in is possible by arrangement. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Baby carriers, high chairs, and travel cribs are available for rent upon request.
