Our house is located in a quiet spot on the edge of the forest, right at the entrance to popular walking and hiking trails. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation in our comfortably furnished vacation apartments with views of the Wetterstein, the Karwendel, and Mittenwald
Our cozy one-room vacation apartment for 2–3 people is furnished in the Bavarian style and features a spacious living/sleeping area with high-quality fold-out beds and a beautiful west-facing balcony overlooking the Wetterstein and Mittenwald. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, TV, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet.
The town center and shopping areas are about a 15-minute walk away. The stop for the free hiking bus is about a 5-minute walk away, as is the valley station of the Karwendelbahn.

I had an amazing time at this rental. It is a beautiful traditional Bavarian house with a wonderful view over the town. It is only a short walk from the train station and the old town. Rita the owner was wonderful and extremely helpful and I will totally stay here again.

We had a magical white Christmas in this first rate apartment in Mittenwald. The hostess was so joyful and helpful, and even though she couldn't speak English, she gave us instructions in English and we could text questions to her daughter, who was promptly helpful. Comfortable beds, amazing view, hiking basically in the backyard. Easy walk into town. One note: there is a big uphill climb to the apartment from the train station, if you have trouble with hills. Everything we needed was provided, and laundry was available for reasonable cost. what a gorgeous place! We will come back!
