Cozy get-away for 2

We loved the feel of the apartment. It was cozy, clean, had everything we needed, and was within a 15 min walk to the train station. In-house parking made our stay even easier.

Great and comfortable place to stay and good value for money!

Comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. This place is really good value for money! It was everything you need for a pleasant stay. A great view of the mountains, a place to sit outside, and a comfortable bed. I would return here the next time I'm in this area.

I would include the price of parking in the total price, even with parking it's good value for money so you don't have to pay for that separately. (Although it's nice if you don't come by car you don't have to pay for it).

Super nice apartment with a great view on the mountain

super nice location to explore the surrounding area, clean and spacious, the owner was super nice and very helpful and responded quickly if we needed something, parking garage was cheap and directly under the apartment

if I would change something it would be the knives which were quite dull and hard to cut something with but that is the case in a lot of holiday apartments and a minor error

Great apartment in a beautiful little town

We had a great stay here. It was in a great location and we had spectacular views from the terrace, which felt very private. It was easy to get into when we arrived (there was a key code) and the owner was really helpful and good at communicating. It was in a quiet part of town but a 10/15 minute walk to the centre and past the most stunning scenery - we were in awe every time we walked in. We also had a parking space in the garage below, which stayed cool during the hot summer weather. The property was clean. Would recommend this place to anyone!

We didn't dislike anything but a bread knife would have come in handy. And the pillows could have been comfier (though I feel like this is a common complaint in Europe compared to the UK!)

Great place to stay.

Really easy check-in with a key lockbox and excellent communication from the owner. The apartment was clean, charmingly decorated and very comfortable. My wife joked that she wanted to ship the bed home - she found it so comfortable. Quiet scenic neighborhood, and while it's a little way from downtown/train station, the walk is flat and easy. There was a nice parking garage available also. Staying here made our vacation to Mittenwald even better!

Exceptional

Location of room is about 10-15 mins walk from central bus station, but it is wonderful, especially in the noon we feel to walk a lot around and enjoy nature. Host is really nice guy, he gave us call to enquire about checkin, provided us info about surroundings. Room is super clean, contains almost every facility including the kitchen equipments and utensils as well. Overall, very happy with choice of room.

Great place, clean and helpful owner

Owner is great, on our arrival day they allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel before official check in time, so we could already start exploring the place early. Same for the check out day, they let us store our things at the premises all day long, which was really helpful. The place is very clean, terrace has nice view. All was great

Maybe it could be nice to add the oil to the kitchen. There were spices and some coffee for grinding but oil would come in really handy.

The place was a good base for short drives to Garmisch, Murnau and the Walchensee.

The apartment was very clean and had a nice terrace with amazing views to the mountains. Sebastian, the host, was very proactive in making us feel comfortable during our short stay in Mittenwald, a cute little village in the Bavarian Alps. An area of improvement might be to have a small amount of coffee and/or tea available to get people started for the day.

The apartment was a bit on the small side.

Klein aber fein. Uns hat’s gefallen 😃

Kleines gemütliches Apartment. Man hat alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und die Terrasse mit tollem Blick hat uns gut gefallen. Unsere Kleine fand das Schrankbett besonders interessant 😃

Sobald ein Schrankbett aufgeklappt ist, ist es schon sehr eng. Wir haben den Esstisch zur Nacht anders gestellt damit keiner stolpert. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein.

Kleine feine Wohnung mit herausragendem Gastgeber

Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt. Auch dass zu Wohnung ein TG-Stellplatz war perfekt. Abgesehen davon hat sich Herr Bubach im Vorfeld schon "ein Bein ausgerissen" und uns immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten und war zu jeder Zeit greifbar bei Fragen oder Problemen.

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub.

Es ist überdurchschnittlich gut, alles bestens, Herr bubach ist sehr freundlich und besonders hilfsbereit. Hatte Autopanne und durch Herrn Bubachs Vermittlung kam der Monteur umgehend und wir waren sehr schnell wieder fahrbereit. Danke nochmals dafür. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, sehr zu empfehlen!

Ruhige Lage abseits des Zentrums mit angrenzenden Bäumen und Weg dorthin entlang der Isar; Terrasse mit Sonne; sehr gute Kommunikation und direkte Hilfe, als ich mich ausgeschlossen hatte.

Julio 1: Wand zur Nachbarwohnung etwas hellhörig, als nebenan viel Trubel war, aber im Rahmen!

Wir sind schweren Herzens abgereist und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, trotzdem ist der Ortskern zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wanderwege direkt ab Haustür. Ein gemütliches, sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit schöner Terrasse und ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Es war alles super, aber trotzdem hätten wir uns beim Frühstück über zwei etwas größere Kaffeetassen(pötte) gefreut.

Baño, cocina y comedor completo. Dormitorio la cama embutida en el placard, al desplegarla le quita lugar al comedor.

Tuve cierta dificultad en encontrar el lugar, me asistió un vecino de la zona.
