Cozy apartment with a comfortable kitchen-living room (ceramic cooktop with 4 burners and an oven, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and microwave), a pull-out double bed (a double bed that folds away into the sloped ceiling with adjustable slatted frames at the head and foot of the bed; can be used as a couch during the day), bathroom with shower/toilet—new shower starting in APRIL 2025—, large east-facing balcony with patio furniture and a parasol, 32-inch LED Smart TV, internet access (Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet), CD radio, full-length mirror, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.



Family-run country house in the heart of town with four vacation apartments and parking spaces. Short distances to public facilities such as the train station, church, pedestrian zone, etc. All apartments feature a large balcony. A central starting point for your hikes and activities. Free ski and hiking bus stop at the train station, approximately 200 meters away.
Construction will begin on the neighboring property in spring 2026. There may be occasional construction noise. Our vacation apartments are not affected by this and will continue to offer their usual level of comfort. We would like to inform you of this in advance so that you can take it into account when making your reservation.



On-site costs: Payment is due upon arrival in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A 25% deposit is charged after booking. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, and cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is by 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe; you will receive the access code upon request. Pets are not allowed. One free parking space per apartment. Wi-Fi and Ethernet are available free of charge in the building and in all apartments; you will receive the access code upon arrival. Use of the washing machine and dryer: €5 per load. A visitor’s tax per person/day will be charged additionally on-site: From May 1 through October 31 and December 20 through March 31. Adults €3.00, children ages 10–15 €1.90; from April 1 to April 30 and November 1 to December 19 Adults €2.00, children €1.30; children under 10 are free. Included: final cleaning, parking spaces, ski, bike, and drying room, sleds, hiking poles, bed linens, hand and shower towels, dish towels;



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:30 to 9:30.
