About this apartment rental

The cozy, comfortably furnished 3-star apartment is on the 2nd Floor and consists of two bedrooms, living room with sofa, kitchen with dining area, bathroom / toilet, two balconies with a clear view of the Karwendel and Wetterstein Mountains (east and west side). There is a covered parking space in front of the house, it is possible to park mountain bikes and other sports equipment in the garage. We provide bed and table linen and towels. On request, we will get you fresh bread every day from Monday to Sunday. Internet connection is available. Cable TV, radio with CD player, DVD player, telephone, dishwasher and the usual electrical kitchen appliances (coffee machine, toaster, egg and kettle, small oven) are also available. Bringing pets is allowed.

Apartment was just right for 3 adults and 2 children. Very clean apartment. Fresh brotchens every morning was lovely. The view from balcony of the Karwendal mountains and the Isar river was tremendous! We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the river. Only a 7 min walk to train station! Highly recommend!

Genau so soll es sein

Wir buchten die FeWo sehr kurzfristig und es hat trotzdem sehr gut geklappt. Die Anreise war problemlos, wir wurden super empfangen. Und was uns am Herzen liegt: Unser kleiner Vierbeiner muss mit in den Urlaub und ist hier herzlich willkommen gewesen. Frau Wurmer empfing uns sehr freundlich und zeigte uns die Wohnung. Sie gab uns auch erste Tipps für Ausflüge etc. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und so eingerichtet, wie beschrieben. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Willkommensgeschenk in Form von lokalen Getränkespezialitäten und der Brötchen-Service morgens sind die Kleinigkeiten, die wir zu schätzen wissen und die den Urlaub wirklich angenehmer gestallten. Der Ausblick auf den Karwendel ist atemberaubend. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche in der FeWo und kommen gerne wieder. Wir empfehlen die FeWo uneingeschränkt weiter und bedanken uns für die tolle Urlaubswoche. Bis zum nächsten mal.

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht! Frau Wurmer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, der morgendliche Brötchendienst ein Traum. Die Wohnung bietet 2 große Balkone. Besonders der nach Osten gerichtete bietet neben einem sonnigen Frühstücksplatz einen traumhaften Blick auf die Isar und den dahinter liegenden Berg. Einfach wunderschön! Die Lage ist optimal für einen Wanderurlaub, da man direkt vom Haus aus auf sämtliche Routen starten kann. Die Unterkunft verspricht eine herrliche Auszeit für 2-4 Personen. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden!

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ( 6 und 10 Jahre) und waren im Juni hier. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht Yund kommen gerne wieder! Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt für Ausflüge, sodass man das Auto gar nicht unbedingt braucht. Die Gondelstation sowie der schöne Wanderweg zur Klamm liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch die malerische Innenstadt mit Lebensmitteln ist schnell zu Fuß erreicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit einer gemütlichen Essküche ( mit Spülmaschine!!:-)) Außerdem hat sie zwei Balkone, also kann man sich bei schönem Wetter immer entscheiden, ob man in der Sonne oder im Schatten sein möchte:-) Der Balkon zur Isar hat eine besonders schöne Aussicht auf den Karwendel ....und den schönen Fluss hört man immer rauschen. Auf der Website könnte man von dieser schönen Aussicht noch ein Foto reinstellen ( nur als kleiner Tipp ;-) Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und den Brötchenservice haben wir genossen! Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön, direkt an de Iser. Die Aussicht haben wir genossen. Genauso wie Brötchen-Service. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür. Sehr auffallend war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die Gastfreundschaft. Alles tip-top sauber. Einfach klasse. Wir haben uns bei Frau Würmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung ohne wenn und aber empfehlen.

Freundlicher Empfang und sehr sympatische Vermieterin. Die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt mit toller Aussicht auf Isar bzw. die dahinterliegenden Berge. Gut eingerichtete Küche mit allem, was man so benötigt. Kurzum: sehr empfehlenswert und in Realität viel schöner und heimeliger, als die Fotos hier und auf der Homepage der Unterkunft vermuten lassen würden.

Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir (Sohn 45 und Mutter 68 ) haben in der schönen Wohnung einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht.Die Eigentümerin kümmerte sich sehr um uns und unser Wohlergehen.Alles war so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.Gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber und gepflegt.Mittenwald ist ein kleines Städtchen mit wunderschönen alten Häusern mit Lüftlmalerei ,schöne alte Kirche und vielen kleinen Sehenswürdigkeiten.Gute Gastronomie für jeden Geschmack.Unser Favorit ist die Gröbl Alm etwas ausserhalb,tolle Aussicht auf Mittenwald und die größten Windbeutel.Wir sind restlos begeistert und werden gerne wiederkommen.Haben im Bekanntenkreis schon viel Werbung gemacht.Höchste Auszeichnung von uns!!!!!
