My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming apartment near the lake, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the lake. The proximity to the lake was one of the highlights of our stay. We enjoyed serene morning walks along the shoreline and spent leisurely afternoons by the water, taking in the stunning views. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It comfortably accommodated our family of five, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive.

A very comfortable country stay

A lovely country stay with the only sound being of the farm animals and yet ten minute drive to busy town with all facilities. Good position for sightseeing. Superbly comfortable beds spacious room with large balcony. Simple kitchen area within room for a bit of flexibility for eating in but not for full meals.

My wife did not like the fact that the hand baisin was not in the bathroom but in the bedroom (bathroom too small for a baisin) This did not worry me.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Everything necessary was there and the view from my balcony was lovely.The rolls delivery service was much appreciated

Perfectly hidden away between the mountains for a secluded stay.

Big and spacious apartment on 2nd floor. Fully equipped kitchen, bathtub and separate WC, two separate bedrooms and a living room with TV. Hosts were nice, they have small hills in front of the house which is nice for sledding. Location is a dream hidden between the mountains. Price value is great!

Living room would get a big upgrade with a big comfortable couch.

The location, you have plenty of mountain ranges and lakes in few kilometers. More quiet than garmisch and other towns. The apparment is quite big, perfect for home office.

I think they stuff should carry masks when meeting the guests. They were very friendly though. The internet was quite weak...

Idyllischer Ort unweit der Skipisten der Zugspitze

Die Alleinlage so mitten in den Bergen ist super. Wir konnten von dort gleich Wanderungen starten. Und in 11 Min ist man schon am Skilift vom Hausberg. Das Zimmer hat eine kleine Küchenzeile. Das ist wirklich praktisch. Balkonblick einmalig. Schafe sind im Winter unten im Stall und Hühner dürfen frei herumlaufen. Eine Idylle mit sehr sympathischen Vermietern. Danke

Ein wunderschöner erholsamer Aufenthalt - für uns als Wander- und Seenliebhaber war es perfekt.

Die Lage war wunderschön gelegen mit malerischen Bergpanorama. (10 Minuten Fahrt und man war direkt in Garmisch,) Die Dreiseenwanderung konnten wir direkt von der Unterkunft ohne Anfahrt starten. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Einen Balkon mit Bergblick hatten wir auch. Morgens konnte man Brötchen bestellen, die dann im Beutel an die Tür gehangen worden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Herd, Kaffeekocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Pfannen etc. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhiger , schöner Wanderaufenthalt

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, ruhig gelegen mit See in der Nähe. Wer Trubel mag ist dort fehl am Platz. Für mich war es traumhaft. Wanderurlaub, mit dem Bus sind die umliegenden Ortschaften gut erreichbar: Krün, Mittenwald, Garmisch Partenkirchen... Sauber, schöner Ausblick, Tiere am Hof, Eier aus eigener Hühnerhaltung, Brötchenservice auf Wunsch möglich, Wiesen mit Heuhütten, herzliches Willkommen und Vertrauen bei der Familie auf dem Hof und unter einem Dach

Locatia era de vis. De la balcon se vedeau muntii in toata splendoarea. Era si un lac in apropiere, unde puteai inota. Camerele mari confortabile, bucatarie bine utilata, perfect pentru o familie cu patru persoane

Lage, Balkon, Ruhe trotz B2 und Landwirtschaft, schöne Aussicht, ideal zum Radfahren.. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, Brötchensevice, freundliche, unaufdringliche Gastgeberin. Immer gut beheizt.

Keine Beleuchtung über Tisch und Küchenzeile.

De ligging was voortreffelijk! De bedden zeer fijn, en een goede internet service! Broodjesservice was handig, de bushalte zeer dichtbij, en de omgeving maakte alles goed! De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ook de zoon!

Het was een zeer gehorig appartement, de vloeren kraakten heel erg, de douche was erg smal en had een opknapbeurt nodig, veel kalkresten, Het keukentje was erg minimalistisch ingericht, en je kon er ook niets in kwijt, klein tafeltje, en een wastafel op de kamer, was ook even wennen. Maar we konden ons vrij gemakkelijk aanpassen.
